I Do.

Taz sat twiddling her fingers in her room. She was taking deep breaths and trying to calm herself down. Today was the day. The day she finally married her best friend in the whole universe. Why was she so worried then?
Oh yes, that's why. Taz hated attention on her. She would much rather slip into the background while other people shone in the spotlight. Up had new she didn't like big events about her because last time there was one, her whole family was attached and killed by robots. After some convincing by the GLEE and them offering to pay for the wedding, Taz agreed to a slightly larger ceremony then what she had envisaged.

It wasn't a big wedding but it wasn't small either. All of the people in attendance were apart of the GLEE in some form or another. Neither Taz or Up really had any family to attend the ceremony.

The slightly smaller hall of the Starship had been set up for the ceremony. There was a beautiful alter at one end, decorated with red roses. (Up's favourite flower and Taz's favourite colour.) There was a white carpet leading to it that ran in the middle of the chairs that were set up at either side of the room.

Taz stood up off her bed and walked over to her mirror and looked at herself. She had some make up on, but barley noticeable. Her short hair was combed and had some curls added to it. Tucked behind her ear was a red rose. She was wearing a white jumpsuit. When she stood with her legs together, it looked liked she was wearing a dress, but she much preferred to wear pants. She looked down at her hand at her engagement ring, soon there would be another ring accompanying it. There was a knock on her door. Taz took a deep breath then walked over to open it.

"Woah," Up said, stepping into the room and closing the door behind him. "You look- wow." Taz smiled at him.

"I thought you weren't meant to see the bride before the wedding." She cheekily remarked.

"When do you follow rules, huh?" He laughed and leant down to kiss her softly, she kissed him back. "How are you feeling?" He asked when they pulled apart. He held both her hands in his and looked at her lovingly.

"Nervous. Not about marrying you- I'm so fucking down for that. It's just... there are so many people out there."

"I promise you we will be fine." He kissed her head. "How about we sneak away from the reception early?"

"Up. How are we meant to sneak away when people will be looking at us all night?"

"Uh shit. Didn't think about that part." He chuckled which made her laugh a bit. They looked at eachother in silence for a moment. "You are so god damn beautiful."

Taz rolled her eyes playfully. "Ah right, that's enough of that."

There was another knock on her door. Up went and answered it. It was February.

"Up! What are you doing in here? You're not meant to see the bride in her dress before the wedding!" She told him off.

"But she's not in a dress." He told her. February didn't know how to presses that information. He turned back to Taz, "See you out there." He moved past February and walked up the hallway towards the hall.

February hurried in and started fussing over Taz. Taz just ignored it. She was just so happy Up came to see her before the wedding. It was all she needed to be able to calm down.

~ooo00ooo~

Up walked into the hall where everyone was, ready for the wedding. He shook people's hands and thanked them for coming as he walked up the aisle. When he got to the front, he shook the Admiral's hand who was going to officiate and also Krayonder, Tootsie and Bug's hands as they were his groomsmen.

Up stood at the front waiting for Taz in a black suit. He never really wore suits, apparently he was meant to wear his rangers uniform with all his medals and stuff on it, but if Taz wasn't wearing hers, why should he?

It wasn't long until the bridal march started playing. Everyone stood up and turned around as the doors opened.

Taz's Bridesmaids, February, Specs and Mega girl all walked down the aisle then stood to the side. Taz appeared in the door way with her head held high. She walked herself down the aisle and all the way to Up. He held her hands and smiles so wide. He was trying to push the tears back.

As the wedding ceremony happened, Up could see Taz was getting a little nervous in front of everyone so he kept pulling funny faces at her and she would laugh a bit.

They exchanged their vows.

"Taz," he began, looking into her eyes, "I feel like I'm the luckiest man in the whole world right now because I'm standing here marrying my best friend. From the moment I met you, I knew you were special. Then one day I was just looking at you and I got butterflies in my stomach and I just knew you were the one." Up tried so hard to hold back his tear, "You have never left my side, no matter if it's in the heat of battle or if I just have a cold in bed, you always look after me and I promise to do the same. I promise you that I will always have time to watch The Karate Kid with you, I promise that I will always listen to you. I promise that I will always go along with your crazy ideas. And I promise to be the best husband in the world to you. I love you more then anything in this world. I love you, Taz." Up let go of one of Taz's hands to quickly wipe tears from his eyes, then grabbed her hand again. She smiled lovingly at him.

"Up, I am so grateful for every moment I get to spend with you. You are the funniest, kindest, sweetest, honest, loving man I have ever met. Each morning that I wake up next to you, I fall more in love with you. Even if you snore."

The crowed chuckled a bit.

"You have saved my life more times then I can even keep track of. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you and I wouldn't want to go on without you. I promise that I will always be here. I promise if I'm getting a bit hot headed I will think about it before taking my knife out. I promise that no matter where life takes us, I will be grateful for every moment. I love you, Up." She let go of his hand to wipe a tear away from Up's eye.

They exchanged rings then the Admiral said the magic words and they were married. As they kissed people cheered and wiped tears away.

They walked up the aisle together with their wedding party following behind them.

Taz and Up took a moment to themselves before they had to go to the reception. They hugged eachother tight and shared another kiss.

"We did it," Up said, "And I didn't even cry that much!" They laughed,

"I love you so much," she told him.

"I love you more. Now, are you ready for the reception?"

Taz took a deep breath, "Yeah, we got this." They laughed again then walked into the reception.
