"Up," a 16 year old Taz said quietly as she looked out the window of a car. Up was driving her around Mexico and back to her old house after the battle that took place there on her 15 birthday. They wanted to see what remained and if there was anything Taz could take back to the starship with her.

"Yeah?" A 25 year old Up responded, taking his eyes off the road for a second to look at her but then put his attention back to the road.

"Why does it do that?" She asked, giving him no context to what she was talking about.

"Why does what do what, Tazzy?" He responded. Giving her a small smile, she never finished sentence or asked things with an explanation, he thought it was very cute.

"Why does the storm have to be so loud?" Taz was so innocent, he was scared that once she became a ranger all that would be lost, he knew it would.

"Because the lighting says something to the thunder then the thunder answers back." Up said with a smile. He had asked his mum the same question once, during a thunderstorm when he was around 9, and that was her response. He missed his family.

"Ok," it was such a simple response but it filled Up with happiness. She gave him a small smile and he gave her one in return. Then they both looked out the window and continued driving.
