New Year's at the Burrow

Y/N POV

"Pumpkin, we're home!" You head Remus yell as you were starting to wake up. As you opened your eyes, you saw that George was still fast asleep. You smiled at him and placed a soft kiss on his nose. You wiggled yourself out of his grip and made your way over to where your dad's were. "Hey kiddo!" Sirius yelled as he entered the living room. "Not so loud!" You hissed. "George is asleep." They just smirked at you. "Oh shut up!" You said as you rolled your eyes at them and you all made your way over to the kitchen. As Remus started cooking dinner an owl flew in. It was the Weasley's owl, the letter was adressed to you and George.

"Dear Y/N and George,

we were wondering if the two of you were coming over on New Year's Eve. Sirius and Remus are welcome too of course, if they want to:). We miss you all and hope you had a great Christmas.

"Hey dad?" "Yes." They both said which caused you to let out a little chuckle. "Can George and I go to the Burrow at New Years? The two of you are invited too." You said as you smiled at them. "Yeah of course you can. And we'll stop by for a moment." Remus said as he looked at Sirius with a smile which he quickly returned. At that moment you felt two stong arms wrapping around your waist. "Hey." George said as he placed a kiss on your temple, which made you smile at him. "Erhem." Sirius said, and at this George quickly let go of you. You couldn't help but chuckle at this.

"Hey George, your mum sent a letter." You said and gave him the letter. "My dads said it was okay, for us to go, so I think you should write a letter back." You said as you smiled at the boy. George than excused himself and made his way up to write a letter back. "So did you guys have fun when we were gone?" Sirius asked with a smirk. "Dad!" You said as you slapped him on his elbow. "That reminds me, I got you something." He said as he got up trying to keep a serious face, but you could see him holding back a laugh. "Just so you know I had nothing to do with this." Remus said.

"Here you go kiddo. I know Christmas was yesterday, but I saw this in the store and it reminded me of you." He said with a smile, but you could see him smirking with his eyes. "Erm okay?" You said as you took the present and started to unwrap it. "Are you serious? You bought condoms?! Dad that's embarrassing!" You whisper yelled in an embarrassed tone. "These are not just condoms, I put a spell on it, so you'll never run out." He said with a smirk. "I swear to Godrick, why are you like this." You said as you shook your head at him.

"And Moony, why didn't you stop him from buying that?" "Believe me I tried, but you know your dad. Once he gets something in his head to make you feel embarrassed, he can't back down." He said as he let out a little uncomfortable chuckle. You knew he was not so comfortable talking about this kind of stuff with you, because he knew how embarrassed you'd get. "You should be glad that I bought you these. Now you can have as much fun with George as you want." He said with a wink and you couldn't help but laugh at the words that just made their way out of his mouth.

"Thanks, I guess." You said as you chuckled and right at that moment George made his way back down. "Speaking of the devil." Sirius said with a smirk. "Dad! Cut it out!" You hissed as you saw George starting to panic a little. You made your way over to him and took his hand in yours, you could feel him relax in your touch. "Don't worry about that. They were only saying good things about you." You whispered in his ear and placed a kiss on his cheek. He than shot you a smile and gave the letter to Errol.
