Chapter 14

As soon as Harry and Ginny were in their private compartment Ginny cuddled up to Harry and fell asleep almost immediately. Harry just held his finance close and took his book out to kill time. He soon found himself dozing off as well so he placed his book down, put his head on the window seal and went to sleep as well. 

Both woke up an hour later to their compartment door opening. And Herminoe sticking her head in.

“I'm sorry to wake you both but there's a group of kids fighting in the hallway in car 4. None of the prefects can break it up”

    “Ok let me just change into something more presentable and well be there” GInny rubbed the sleep from her eyes. Herminoe nodded a left.

    “Are you sure you want to go?” Harry asked as she slipped his sweatpants off herself (The hoodie went to her mid thigh) and put on balck leggings. 

   “Im fine now. I just needed a nap. Now let's break up this fight” He told her finance as she put her hair in a high ponytail. Harry nodded and left the compartment.

  The couple walked to the fourth train car to find five kids fighting and one standing off to the side. They looked like they were crying. three of the others were arguing and two were physically fighting.

“ENOUGH” Ginny yelled. All five stopped and looked at the head students. “Now, names, years, and houses from all of you. Now”

“River Gray, third year, Slytherin” A blonde boy said he was fighting physically

“Lucas Lee, first year, gryffindor” A brunette boy said. He as fighting physically as well

“Jennifer Jaxston, third year, slytherin” A black hair girl said. 

“Rebecca Renay, first year, gryffindor” Becky told her best friend's brother. 

“Stella Malfoy, first year, gryffindor” Stella told her cousin

  There was one left. She was blacked by the other four. As soon as she saw the seventh year she froze. Hot tears were running down her pale face. Why was she so stupid? She mentally slapped herself 

“I know there's someone else,” Harry said sternly. He noticed Lucas' eyes enlarge and move his hand behind him to hold something. The other person's hand. “Where are they?” Harry asked, looking at lucas. The slytherins moved to reveal a smally, pale, messy raven haired girl, with stormy gray eyes. Astoria. She was silently sobbing. Her shoulder bouncing up and down. 

“Aww. the little first year blood traitor baby is crying because she's in trouble” The slytherin boy mocked. 

“Shut up!” Lucas growled 

“And her little mudblood boyfriend is standing up for her” The 13 year old girl mocked as well

“I SAID SHUT UP!” Lucas yelled. Tears threatening to spill from his eyes

  “75 points from slytherin for fighting, mocking, and picking on other students, each. And gryffindor will lose 25 each for fighting. Ginny go get Draco, ‘Minoe, Sophie, and Tessa from the prefects compartments please” She nodded and left.

  “WHAT! They were fighting too! And besides they were the one to start it! The blood traitor and mudblood ran into Riv and I” The Slytherin girl argued

“DO. NOT. USE. THOSE. WORDS. ANYWHERE. NEAR. ME. AGAIN.” Harry said coldly

“Your just bias because their gryffindors and so are you!” The boy yelled to the head boy

“Any perfect would do the same. Therefore I'm not biased,” Harry said. Ginny wade her way back with the four prefects.

“Luc what did you do this time?” Tessa sighed when she saw her brother

“I stood up for my friend” He said back confidently. Asty said thank you under her breath. Ginny told the four to explain. The two slytherns and two gryffindors told each side, Tori stayed silent as tears continued to roll down her cheeks. 

  “Sophie and I will lake the slytherins to deal with them. Let's go. Now!” Draco commanded the 13 year olds

“Mione, why don't you go and take Becky and Stella to their compartment? Im sure Tessa will want to talk to lucas and i know i want to talk to asty” Harry said. She nodded and left with Rebecca. Tessa said her goodbye and took her younger brother to her compartment. Leaving Ginny, Harry, and Asty

  “Hey, you wanna come to our compartment for a little?” Harry asked his sister. She nodded and they went back

  “You ok?” Ginny asked Asty

  “Yeah” She said quietly. She was ok, and she has been since the slytherins were punished. But something accrued to her that made her really sad. Harry sat next to her and wrapped his arm around her shoulders. 

“What's wrong?” he asked

“I don't want you to leave this year. Yeah i'm used to you not being around all the time, but that was when i was at home with viv and dad. How am I going to be able to get through next year without you at school? I've never been here without you.” She confessed

  “You'll be fine. We still have half the year. And when next school year comes if you ever need me just use your mirror or owl me. I'm always here for you no matter what. Plus you'll probably want to get you out of the house once September comes. Dad will probably always want me and ginny over with the twins. It's bound to annoy you at some point” Harry said. She chuckled.

  “Do you know the genders yet?” Astoria asked looking at Ginny

  “Yes we do but you are going to have to wait till new years to find out. Now why don't you get back to year friends” Ginny said

  “Ugg fine. I guess I'll wait. Ill see you at the platform” She said as she left the Heads compartment.

   ~With Tessa and Lucas~

  “So. Who is this Astoria girl you stood up for?” Tessa and her little brother. He blushed madly

  “Umm… no one. Just a housemate. Friend.” Lucas said quickly

  “You have a crush on her! You, Lucas Reese Lee has a crush on a girl. She's really cute. And the way she was clinging onto you when she saw Harry and Ginny makes me think she likes you too” She informed her brother

  “N-no i dont. Were just friends i swear! She could never like me!” Lucas denied Does she like me? I hope so. She's gorgeous. Her black curls, those stomry- NO STOP SHES YOUR FRIEND! He scolded himself in his mind

“Ooookkkk” Tessa said giving him a knowing look

Filler chapter! I'm not normally one for filler chapters buuuutttt i started writing it and it was longer then expected do i made it a filler. There will be more relevant stuff in the next chapter. Hope you liked it!! Have a great day
