Im What!

Chapter 21

Harry and Ginny sat in the hospital room trying to absorb the idea that they are going to soon be parents. The two have calmed down considerably knowing the girls were ok. 

“Are you ready?” 

“Not in the slightest. Are you?”

“I'm not either. Not at all. What are we going to do? How are we going to finish school?”

“Well get through it. Just like I told you when we first found out. As for school, we'll have to get notes from friends and probably write our NEWTS. But we'll be fine”

“I love you”

“I love you too Gin” Harry said and kissed her. 

“Ow!” 

“You okay, baby?” Harry asked

“Yeah. Contraction”

“Okay, love”

“Ouch! When are we getting them out?” Ginny asked just as Narcissa walked back in. 

“Not long from now. But i'm afraid there is one issue.” Cissy started

“What is it?” Harry and Ginny asked together

“Nothing to really worry about. It's just you're going to have to have a C-section. It's common for mothers carrying twins. But even more common with early labor, especially when you go into early labor with twins. One other thing. They will both be very small and will may have to stay in the NICU for a little as they are premature. Not too long though”

“Okay. When are we doing the C-section?” The redhead asked

“In possibly an hour. Im going to break your water now. But in an hour I'll do the C-section. While you're waiting your parents can come in. I believe Molly, Arthur, Sirius, Reg, and Astoria are all waiting” Both parents nodded. Crissy broke Ginny's water then left. 

A few minutes later Molly opened the door. Her, Arthur, Regulus, Sirius and Asty all stepped in. Molly immedly went and hugged her daughter. 

“Oh dear! Are you okay?” the mum fussed

“Yes mum! Im fine. Since the twins are early and are twins they are doing a C-section. So well have our girls in less than two hours” Ginny said

“I know. Narcissa told us” Sirius said and went to hug harry. 

“Do you two recken that those girls from my class the other day slip the potion in your drink Gin?” 

“Would not put it past them. I do remember they started saying ‘we should’ but we never heard the rest since they got too far away” Harry said

“Are you two ready?” sirius asked

“No. But we're going to be fine. We'll figure it out” Ginny said looking up at her raven haired finance, who smiled at her. Everyone talked until Narcissa made them all leave. She prepped Ginny and took both soon to be parents to the room where they are having the procedure. When everything was ready they began.

“Were going to have our girls soon” Harry said and kissed his fiance's forehead

“Yeah, we are. Im excited” Ginny said

“Me too, baby” The raven haired boy told the ginger girl. Moments later they heard a cry from beyond the curtain in front of them. They smiled at each other. Not long after there was another cry. Two nurses began to take the babies from the room. 

“Do you want me to go with them?” Harry asked Ginny

“Yes, i'll be fine. I love you” the redhead replied

“Okay, I love you too” Harry kissed her forehead and rushed off after the twins. After Ginny was both cleaned and healed she was taken to a recovery room. Harry joined not soon after. 

“I've got good news,” Cissy said as she entered the room with two bassinets rolling behind her. “Both girls are perfectly healthy and only need to say a few days. Do you two want to hold them?” Both nodded excitedly. Cissy handed one baby to each parent. “Harry, you have baby B and Ginny A. I'll leave you four be for a little while. Harry, you can get your families when you're ready'' and she left. 

“They're so small,” Ginny said looking down at the small human in her arms. 

“But baby B is smaller than A, but not by much,” Harry continued. Ginny nodded.

“They have your red hair” Harry said

“But baby As seems to stick up everywhere like yours” Ginny says

“I think the Potter hair is a curse,” Harry chuckled. Ginny agreed 

“What should we name them?” Harry asked after a few minutes of silence
