💕Chapter 4💕

After sending his and Astorias letters off with Hedwig, Harry met Ginny at their tree by the lake. When he got over there Ginny noticed he seemed a little stressed. She patted her lap indicating for him to lay down. Harry put his head in her lap and she started to play with his hair

"Is everything okay, love?"Ginny asked

"Yeah. It's just hard. Asty doesn't understand why I'm always doing my best or following dads rumed with very little to no fuss. I mean, of course, i argue and complain but i still do what needs to be done"

"Well why do you?" Ginny asked so that hell talk about it but she was also curious. He still hasn't really told her much yet.

Harry sighed then stared "Well the first 10 years of my life I lived with my muggle aunt, uncle, and cousin. You know that. But what you don't know is that I was practically a slave for them. Well my uncle and Dudley, Aunt Petunia would help me with my 'chores'. Shes the only person i would every consider family from that house. If I did something wrong, which, Uncle Vernin and Dudley always found wrong, I would get punished. Or get punished for no reason at all. It was mostly the latter of the two. When they did punish me  Aunt Petunia would always turn a blinde eye." He told her. She nodded for him to continue

"When I got my letter i was really happy. Hadgrid took me to get my thing and that was where I met Draco. Then I met you at the train station and Herminoe and everyone else on the train. That was my first time ever having friends''

"Im sorry baby" was all Ginny said as she wiped her eyes and played with Harry's hair

"You don't need to apologize" Harry said then continued "At the end of the year, you probably remember, Dumblebore called me to his office. I had no clue why. That's when I met dad, Mary, and Asty. They told me to look for them at the station because I was living with them now. When I got home that summer I was terrified that they would be just the same as my uncle and cousin. I did not speak unless spoken to. I flinched when ever i was touched, hugged, or though i was going to be hurt" He paused for a moment, then started again

"When we had dinner that night i stood against the wall because i thought i wasn't allowed to eat with them. I was though. And then my first morning with them I woke up early and cooked because that's what I did at the Dursleys. It was rough. It took half the summer for them just to get me to really talk. And the whole summer for me to get used to hugs'' Harry sighed and closed his eyes.

"Aww. I wish you didn't have to go through that" Ginny said as she whipped a stray tear from his face. He hadn't even noticed he was crying till then.

"I wish I didn't either but I did and there's nothing we can do about it. When it came time for me to leave for school dad asked if i could stay out of trouble. I tried really hard because i thought that if i didnt i would get sent back to the Dursleys. Well you know how second year went. When i got home i was terrified that i was gonna get in trouble for the chamber incident. Dad of course was disappointed but not angry like i thought. He ended up grounding me for a week."

Ginny chucked "I remember you telling me about that grounding. I thought you were loony because you were so happy with it"

"Yeah" Harry laughed. He then continued,

"Right before they had Vivienne, Mary and dad fought a lot. I guess they had been fighting since Mary got pregnant. A week before she was born Mary left. That was the last time we saw her. I thought it was all my fault. I thought i was the one that caused the fighting so i went straight back to being silent and jumpy all the time. All the progress we made went out the window. Dad was devastated cause he never thought he would never get to meet Vivienne and Astoria was confused. Dad tried to get me to talk to him. It took a while but I ended up opening up. Thats was the first time i really wanted to call him dad but thought he wouldn't like it"

"That's cute. You felt that parental bond just from one talk" His girlfriend said as she played with his hair more.

"A few days later the doorbell rang and it was a social worker with Viv in a carrier. She told us that Mary relinquished her rights to all of us kids and filed for devorce with dad. He was happy he got Vivi. You pretty much know the rest as to summer and start of term and up till now. But during christmas of third year i decided to call dad, dad" Harry finished

"That was a good Christmas gift for Sirius, I'm guessing. Thank you for telling me though. And I think you should tell Astoria about your childhood. It might help her understand" Ginny said to her boyfriend.

"I'm going to. I told her to come by our dorm tonight and I'd talk to her about it. But we should start heading to Transfiguration if we want to make it on time" Harry said, helping Ginny up. When he pulled her up he wrapped he gave her a kiss and siad "Thanks for being the best girlfriend ever"

Yeah, yeah. It's a pretty boring chapter, i know. But i wanted to explain what all happened before this year. Every other year is the same as the movies/ books just wright Sirius in and dont kill him off in 5th year. Hope you enjoyed the chapter. Comment if you have questions, ideas or feedback.
