(A/N: BESTIES HOW ARE Y'ALL FEELING AFTER GANG OF SECRETS)

Nobody's POV

"Uhh hi..." She said, sitting cross crossed next to the black leather hero.

"I'm sorry..." he whispered, avoiding her eyes... "I just needed to talk to someone but clearly this was a mistake... I mean- you barely know me... you just sympathized for me because she-"

"Please don't apologize for your feelings." Marinette whispered, placing her hand on top of Chat's.

The "Ladynoir" breakup spread throughout Paris. It was a carnival someone was bound to have gotten it on film.

"I-I'm so sorry..." she whispered towards him digging her nails in her leggings even harder.

He sniffled looking at her before cupping her cheeks softly.

"Are-are you okay after the akuma attack today I mean-"

At that point Marinette couldn't take it anymore. A whimper escaped her puffy pink lips.

She ran towards Chat Noir on her bed before tackling him.

Luka looked at her in awe.

"M-marine-" before he could continue he felt her shake and sob in his arms.

Marinette couldn't believe it. After all this time. After what she did- he still cared about her in a way. Rather than focusing on his own pain and problems he went right to her asking her if she was okay.

This guy was one in a million. She hugged his waist as tightly as she could trying to get a grip on reality. But she couldn't. Tikki peaked out of her pillow and smiled at the sight.

She quickly zoomed to the dollhouse Marinette made.

Meanwhile- Marinette well- stayed in Luka's arms. And he was perfectly fine with that kind of comfort.

"Don't let go just yet, Kay?" She whispered into his chest looking up at him with her pleading bluebell eyes.

Luka's lips parted.

Who knew the new Marinette could look and act so-so- precious?!

"I wasn't planning on it..." he whispered into her ear before kissing her forehead.

The two kids found comfort in each other's arms.

They never broke away that night. Instead they talked about the music they loved and TV shows.

Luka smiled for a minute he thought he was actually talking to Ladybug.

The way their conversations just flowed-

He smiled at the thought as he felt her weight lay on him.

He gasped, feeling her snuggle into his arms. Her eyes closed and she breathed rising up and down slightly.

She was asleep.

He smiled carrying her and placing her snugly under the covers.

She whimpered again at the loss of his warmth but quickly adjusted to the fluffy pillows and soft blankets.

"Thanks for the wonderful night, Marinette." He smiled writing a little not next to her bed. He did this before kissing her on the cheek as a thank you for getting him through the long night before going back home.

Don't get him wrong- he had just broken up with his first love and felt a weighted block drowning him- intense right?

But- Marinette helped in a way he couldn't have imagined.

It was comfort and love-

He felt a bit of guilt- he didn't come there to use her.

And didn't she have a boyfriend?

Luka pondered and questioned his feelings until the sun rose that morning.

Little did he know what the day would bring.
