(A/N: SORRY GUYS!!! I WAS TRYING TO PREWRITE CHAPTERS FOR MY UPCOMING ADRIENETTE AND LUKANETTE BOOKS AND I GOT WRITER'S BLOCK-)

For those of you who don't know I'm releasing two new books this month!

HAHAHAH- WORKAHOLIC 14 YEAR OLD IN THE HOUSE💀😭

Luka's/Chat's POV

"W-what..." I started off- trying to catch my breath.

"What the hell do you mean breakup!" I exclaimed-

"Chat..." Ladybug tried to explain with tears in her eyes.

"D-did I do something wrong? I mean you weren't at patrol yesterday either- was it-was it something that I said? Or..." I rambled off desperately trying to keep the conversation going. Trying to keep her from leaving me.

Nothing.

"CHAT- I-it's nothing you did..." She blurted out.

"I've just been thinking... and... I-"

Marinette's/Ladybug's POV

He wouldn't want me. Believe me he wouldn't.

In the past few days I mean seriously-

So that's what I told him...

"Chat... we-we- you wouldn't want me..." I trailed off.

"Of course I do!" He insisted on grabbing my hands and pulling me close.

"I-I love you."

"N-no... you love Ladybug- not me..."

"What are you-" but then he trailed off too. He finally realized what I was talking about.

I saw the blue in his eyes flash at everything that was before him.

Both of us were still panting from the akuma attack.

"We should only be partners and stay that way. That way- we don't get hurt." I said with tears in my eyes as my voice and heart cracked.

"BUT YOUR HURTING US BOTH RIGHT NOW!" Chat tried pulling onto me.

I shook my head.

What if one day he realized I wasn't...I wasn't good enough.. What if after we revealed our identities he only liked me because of the Ladybug side of me. He didn't love the real me.

So without another word I let out a tiny sob and used my yo-yo to swing away.

It had been hours but I couldn't bring myself to go home. I can't believe I actually broke up with him. After everything-

My doubts were circling back. Had I made the right choice?

I sat by the water listening to the river bubble and whisk in its own melody.

Not far away a boy seemed to be strumming along the notes on his boat.

They were solemn. It was like he knew exactly how I was feeling. I gave a soft smile and looked in the direction of the houseboat that Luka lived on.

His music was so comforting. I sighed letting out all my emotions and letting the river drown my tears.

Soon, once Luka stopped playing and once I went home to snuggle into my bed-

Tikki came in with a macaron from downstairs.

"Macaroons make everything better?" She tried cheerfully.

I nodded giving her a soft smile as Tikki hugged onto my cheek.

Breakups hurt like a bitch-

It was like my mind was screaming in its own personal hell as the memories from our adventures and dates flashed back.

My thoughts trailed off though because Tikki happened to squeak and hide under my pillow.

"What the- Tikki?" I questioned. But she held on firmly to her hiding spot.

I looked around my room- nothing was in the general vicinity-

But then a knock came from my trap door.

'How could Tikki sense something before it was even present?' I questioned to myself, wiping the runny mascara off my face and climbing the stairs to my balcony.

'Tikki can only sense magical energies from other kwami-"

Oh shit.

Sure enough I was face to face with the aqua eyes that I had been sobbing for moments before.

He didn't look too good either.

His black hair was messy, his blue eyes-usually so true- were so empty, and tears stained his face with trails.

"Hi can we talk?"

(I've made four drafts of my new Adrinette book and hated all of them😂 I'm dying inside. I- we shall see
