This is Georgia, the Peach State, and the 4th state.

Also being the "Empire State of the South", she feels a sense of maturity and superiority over the other Southern states. Though it's not blatantly obvious to most, it's more conveyed in an indirect, casual/smug way. Besides that, she's another figure in the Union that takes the time to look out and watch over most of the others, not only to prove to herself about her own self-worth but also because she genuinely cares for them; there's almost a rivalry between her and Virginia over who the real "Mother of the States" is.

She has relatively well connections with the rest of the Southern states, even often standing in as a peacekeeper and breaking up fights between Mississippi and Alabama (well, of course if Louisiana can't). Florida seems to respect her highly, so as a result Georgia is someone who can tolerate her more than most of the others.

•Quick side note: Yes, the original thirteen states (plus D.C.) are all physically nineteen. I just decided that since America is physically that age (according to the fandom.com page, but do correct me if I'm wrong), the rest of the states would either be somewhere around it or under.
