I woke up to a blaring noise. My alarm to get up and get ready for school was going off. I shuffled out of bed and trudged my way to the bathroom. I began brushing my teeth when the memories of yesterday came flooding back.

"oh yeah..." I forgot. The world is ending. I laughed obnoxiously at my own stupidity. I didn't know what to do now. It was 7 am and I have nothing to do to pass the time. It's not like I can go to school. The only thing I could think to do was text Kenma and Kuroo and see what they're doing.

I walked back to my bedroom and took my phone off of the charger. I made my way to the living room and sat on the couch to text Kuroo.

Kuroo

hey what are u and kenma doing today??

kenma is still asleep

but i was going to wake him up in a few minutes and go to ur place

is that cool??

yeah i didnt really have anything planned.

how was last night?

Last night? Is he seriously asking me how last night was?

oh last night was terrific actually! i had a blast!

besides the part where we found out that we are gonna be dead by sunday.

Of course. To be honest I feel terrible. I wasn't able to really sleep because my mind kept running. I am used to being alone so I don't know why it's bothering me so much now. I have Kuroo and Kenma so I will be fine. Besides, being in a relationship must suck right now. It's pointless if you are just going to die.

I put my phone down and took a deep sigh. I walked back to my room to get dressed. I didn't really plan on going out much today so I slipped on sweatpants and a sweatshirt.

I got my hair brushed out and went back to the living room. Kuroo had texted and said they were almost there. They only lived about 10 minutes walking distance from my apartment. I was making a cup of coffee when I heard the latch of the door click. Kuroo and Kenma shuffled in and slipped off their jackets and shoes.

"Keiji the weirdest thing happened," I paused and turned away from my coffee. Never has Kenma seemed so excited and eager to be starting the conversation. "so on our walk here usually we have to dodge people walking and on bikes and walking dogs and all that stuff, right?"
