The rest of the night passed by and Midoriya got closer to Shinso. Eri was peacefully asleep unaware of the big changes coming for her and her big brother. Midoriya has decided, after a lot of convincing on Shinso's part, to move into the UA dorms. He would talk to Nezu to see if he could get a larger floor so he and Eri could still live in the same place. He knew he wouldn't feel safe if Eri wasn't there and this was going to be a big change for her too. Shinso helped him pack up a few bags before they collapsed in the kitchen.

"So, how is hero training really? Don't beautify any of it." Midoriya asked.

"Well, the first year I wasn't even in Class 1-A, I was with the second class but I managed to get a spot after a couple successful battles. Training was always fun for me but as you probably heard, we would get attacked by villains... a lot. It's exhausting but I'm glad to be closer to my dream." Shinso ended with a tired smile. Midoryia nodded his head in understanding.

"I'm glad you're chasing your dream, Hito."

"You sure you can't become a hero and fight along my side." Shinso asked once more.

"I know you don't see the flaws of the hero society the way I do and that's fine but, Hito, understand that I will never fully stand with the heroes. You should... you should probably go." Midoriya sighed standing up. It was a touchy subject and he was tired. But Shinso was annoyed. They were together for god's sake, could the boy open up a bit to his boyfriend.

"Izuku! Please, stop pushing me away. I'm sick of it. You'll never get anywhere if you keep running away from your problems." Midoriya straightened up and looked Shinso dead in the eye.

"I'm not running away. Now please, go home and get some sleep before you say some stupid shit again."

"Aniki?" Both boys turned towards Eri who was standing in the doorway. "Why is Shinso here?" She asked, confused. Midoriya picked her up.

"Don't worry, he was just leaving and then we can go back to bed. Right, Shinso?" Shinso's gaze hardened and Midoriya felt a pang of guilt.

"Of course. Good night." With that he turned around and left. Eri was tucked back into her bed and Midoriya was left to his thoughts. He wasn't used to caring let alone loving someone so much. Fuck, he wasn't even used to some caring for him. He was all new to this lovey-dovey shit. This was going to be a rocky road.
