"Hey..." Todoroki said as he walked up to the counter. Izuku glanced at the clock. It was 12:02.
"Hello! Welcome to Zomomome's Cafe! What can I get for you?" Deku said, trying to ignore how close Todoroki was to his face.
"Hmmm, same as last time...if you remember?" Todoroki said, smirking. Deku did remember so he quickly put the order into the machine and turned around and started making it. The half hot and half cold coffee. He used this time to calm himself for the too close encounter with Todoroki's face. When he finished he turned around and put the coffee down in front of Todoroki.
"Here." He said, looking at the boy.
"I'm Shoto Todoroki." Todoroki said to put his right hand out in front of him for Deku to shake. Deku already knew his name. He was Endeavor's son.
~FlashBack~
"Have no fear for I am Here!!!" All Might shouted. Izuku looked around at the apartment. He ran towards the fire.
"Momma!!" He shouted. All Might stopped him from going inside. "Momma!!" He shouted.
"Endeavor! Get your fire in control now!! You're killing people!!" Someone shouted.
"Hey kid! Get back here!" All Might shouted as Izuku ran from him. He ran into the smoke filled building until he spotted her.
"Momma!!" He was pulled away from her by All Might again. He watched as Endeavor walked out of the building with people in his arms. The building collapsed behind him. None of the people he was carrying were his mother. He had left her there. To die.
~End FlashBack~
Todoroki put his empty hand back in his pocket. He looked confused but he brushed it off.
"Can I get your number?" He asked. Deku took a step back.
"Um. No."
"Wow..okay...how about a date tonight?"
"I'm busy..."
"Tomorrow?"
"I'm busy every night..." Deku said. He laughed at Todoroki's confused face.
"Okay..."
"Just leave please. I have no interest in dating Endeavor's son." He said sneering. Todoroki looked around angrily before putting down 100 yen on the counter and leaving. Deku sighed and looked at the clock again, 12:27. Internally he hoped Shinso would come with the book before 3.
~Time Skip~
Deku looked at the clock as he finished dealing with the short line of customers. It was basically 3 o'clock and Shinso still wasn't here. He poured himself a glass of water and drank it slowly trying to calm himself down before picking up the phone and dialing the man's bumper.
"Hello?" The boy on the other line said.
"Hi! This is Zeomomo's Cafe! I called you to say that the book you checked out is due today!"
"Oh...OH!! I'm sorry..." Shinso started to apologize.
"It's fine," Deku sighed. "Do you think you could return it today?"
"Sure! I'm coming now." Shinso said.
"Thank you!" Deku said as he ended the call. Deku sighed. That had gone better than usual. He shuddered as he remembered fighting with KaReN over the phone. Deku opened the door to the shop feeling a bit warm. He took his hat on since there were no heroes in the shop and sat on one of the couches in the library side of the shop. He curled up and grabbed a book.
~Time Skip~
Deku looked up from his book to find the shop empty except for one tall, very hot, purple hair boy. He was standing in the middle of the shop looking very confused and lost. The boy bit his lip and pulled out his phone. Deku felt butterflies in his stomach and he knew he was going to be having very active dreams about this boy. He was pulled from his daydreams when he heard his phone ringing. He picked it up.
"Hello?" He said looking up to find the purple haired man also on the phone. As the purple haired man spoke the same words came through the line into Deku's ear. Deku ended the call and stood up putting the book away.
"Hey!" He said walking up to the boy. "You were just on the phone with me right? For the book?"
"Yes. That's me." The boy said tiredly.
"Sorry for bothering you...but my boss gets mad when I don't call our customers..."
"It's totally fine. Here is the book." Shinso said handing it to Deku. Deku took it and check it back into the system. Then he checked it for damage. There was none. He walked through the shelves and placed the book to its designated spot. te he turned around to head back to the front of the shop but he ran into.. a wall? No. Deku fell backwards and braced himself for an impact that never came. He opened his eye. He was Shinso's arms. Shinso's face was very close to his. They couldn't stop looking at each other's eye. Slowly their lips came closer and closer together until they thought ever so softly. It was enough for Shinso to spring backwards and Deku to continue his fall. His ass landed hard on the floor.
"Wow..." Deku said, bringing his finger tips to his lips.
"OMG!!! I'm so sorry. I don't know what took me over..." Shinso said crouching next to Deku. As Shinso kept talking Deku slowly brought his face back to Shinso's. Their lips met once more but this time Deku slowly crawled onto Shinso's lap straddling him. Shinso brought his hands to Deku's waist and they kissed until they were out of air. Deku pulled away and rested his head on Shinso's shoulder. "Wow..." Shinso breathed. Was this love at first sight?
