Chapter sixteen

*three months later!*

These past three months have been soo amazing! Shawn and i have been together, and he has been nothing but amazing. Today we had volleyball practice and i couldn't wait. Because after the practice, my friends and i are gonna have a slumber party at my house, and my parents are going for another one of there dates that last till twelve, so we can do mostly anything we want in the house.

*Lunch time*

We were all at a table hanging out. When i spotted Spencer sitting with Spencer talking. Spencer didn't look so happy as their conversaation grew more louder. Spencer got up and walked away, but Alan ran after him.

(Spencer's pov)

I needed someone to talk to, i am so angry right now, that it's not even funny. So i asked Alan if we could talk, since he was one of my best buds. I was talking to him about Maddie and how much i missed her, then he said he didn't really wanna get in the middle of all of this. I got angry and ran out of the lunch room, but Alan ran after me,"Dude, wait up." Shouted Alan catching up to me. He stopped me and i stood scowling at him,"What!?" I shouted,"I just don't wanna get in the middle of all of this." Said Alan,"Whatever man, i thought you were my friend." I said angrily,"I am-"

"Then why can't i even talk to you? Huh?" Asked Spencer angrily

(Back to maddie's pov)

We were talking when Nikki came running and yelling something,"Alan and Spencer are in a fight!" Shouted Nikki. We all ran outside with Nikki who was leading the way. Were Spencer and Alan fighting? This didn't make any sense? This isn't them.

(Alan's pov)

I was trying to talk with Spencer, when i saw someone behind him. I looked and saw Ariana trying to get away from some guy, who looked familiar. It was Marcus, Ariana's horrible ex who cheated on her,"What?" Asked Spencer who was no longer mad, but worried,"That's Ariana's ex." I said no angry,"Wow, man she looks scared." Said Spencer worried. I ran to Marcus and pushed him onto the ground. Marcus was sixteen, so he got on top of me and started to punch me. Spencer pushed Marcus to the ground and off of me and started to punch him. But then Another one of Marcus's friends came in and started whaleing on me. So fought him, but then i went to Marcus and started whaleing on him, while Spencer started to beat Marcus's friend. Soon after there were people serounding us yelling,"Fight! fight! fight!" So we did as they asked. While Ariana was trying to get us all to stop. Soon after a few teachers came and got both Spencer and i off of the guys. Then we went to the principal's office.

"Alan? Spencer? I never expected this coming from you two." Said Mrs.Weatherly,"Well, i had to, this guy was no good Mrs.Weatherly, he was probably gonna hurt Ariana if i didn't do anything." Said Alan. She looked at us both,"and what were you doing Mr. Jacobs?" Asked Mrs. Weatherly looking at Spencer who was lost in his thoughts. Spencer looks at me,"I was just making sure my best bud didn't get hurt." Said Spencer then went back to his thoughts,"If i wasn't there, then Alan would've gotten something worse then a fat lip, and a blushed eye." Said Spencer then we both look at each other and chuckle. Mrs. Weatherly sighed,"I should suspend both of you...but seeing as this has been the first time you both have come to my office, i'll let this slide, but you two better get to bathroom and clean yourselves up." Said Mrs. Weatherly grabbing some papers and leaving us both in the room. We both look at each other,"Do i look that bad?" I asked Spencer,"horrible, me?" Asked Spencer,"Hidious!" I said then we both laughed,"We cool?" I asked spence,"yeah we cool." Said Spencer smiling with his big fat lip,"c'mon, let's go getsome ice and get cleaned up." Said Spencer then we both laug, and went to the boy's locker room and got cleaned up. Spencer had a few bruises on his face and a fat lip. While i had a big lip and bruises on my stomach and face. We got out and went to our next class. I can't believe i got mybro back, by a fight.

After class i was walking down the hallway, when i saw Ariana walk up to me sad,"Are you okay?" I asked worried,"Are you okay? Your the one with the fat lip." Said Araina,"I'm fine, don't i look more hot with the fat lip?" I asked,"Alan, i'm so sorry about Marcus, you probably hate me right now." Said Ariana,"What?-no- never, Ariana, this is not your fault. And i would never hate you, not in a million years." I said holding her hands in mine and kissed her on the cheek. We were silent for a moment,"you do look pretty cute with those bruises." Said Ariana wraping her arms around the back of my neck,"You think so?" I asked then we kissed and walked to class.

(Back to Maddie's pov)

i couldn't believe Spencer and Alan were in a fight. but i was glad they weren't fighting with each other. They are really good friends and Alan wouldn't fight with Spencer. I felt bad for Ariana, but i also knew what it was like having that kind of boyfriend who was always so angry.

*Gym!*

We were playing side line soccer again. Which was pretty fun. But the whole time, spencer was scowling at me. Which is definetley gonna give me nightmares. I ignored his scowl and went back to the game. Which was going really great. I looked around and saw Shawn who was waving at me smiling. I smiled back. Shawn always had this hold on me that makes me wanna smile every time. Which is one of the things i most liked about him.

*After gym!*

After gym, i left my clothes on and went back to the gym, where some of the varsity boys were shooting some hoops. Two of them being Shawn and Jack. Jack was twirling Jordynn around in his arms bridal style. Shawn spotted me, and ran to me,"Hey." I said smiling as he picked me up by my waist and brought me over his shoulder,"Shawn if you drop me, you're-"

"You're gonna what?" Asked Shawn, i could imagine his smirck on his face right now,"I'm gonna....gonna...i got nothing-but please just don't drop me." I begged. Making him laugh,"I would never drop you, trust me." Said Shawn twirling around, making me laugh,"Okay you two gotta go." Said our coach. Shawn put me down and helped me balance myself. Nikki soon came in with Garrett J. And he had to leave too,"See you later?" Asked Shawn,"Yeah." I said then we hugged each other. Then we all made a circle and started to stretch.

*after practice*

Nikki, Alivia, and i walked to my house, so they could help me set up the snacks and movies for the sleepover. As we were walking to my house, i got a text from Shawn.

Hey beautiful, whatcha up to?

Texted Shawn

I'm gonna have a sleep over at my house with my girls, what about you?

I texted

I'm gonna hang out with Jack and cameron, by the way, did you know Alivia and Cameron are dating?

Texted Shawn.

I looked at Alivia, who was smiling and laughing at something Nikki had said.

WHAT?!!!?

I texted

I know right, he just told me.

I looked at Alivia,"What?" Asked Alivia,"When did you start dating Cameron?" I asked,"What?" Asked Nikki shocked,"We made it official yesterday, i didn't tell you? Shoot i am such a blonde sometimes." Said Alivia slightly slapping her forehead,"Wow, now we're all taken." Said Nikki then we all gave each other high fives.

We got home to an empty house,"wait what about your brother...Mike?" Asked Nikki,"He's at a friends house all weekend." I said then we all shouted in happiness,"here let's get this party started!" Shouted Alivia hooking her iPod onto my speakers and putting on timber by Pitbull and Kesha. We ran around the house, sang, and danced around, when we heard three knocks at the door,"Who ever that is, i'm gonna get them! They ruined our happy moment." Said Nikki who stopped dancing and made a frowny face,"Yeah." Said Alivia who also made a frowny face,"Don't worry i'll get it." I said then they went back to dancing. I walked to the door expecting my other three besties to be there holding sleeping bags, but when i open there door, i am shocked to see this one person.

"Hey."

"Spencer?" I asked....
