This is a mini chapter, and all of it's from Loki's pov(Kinda). It started kinda right after you fall asleep on him in the library. The dreams will be in your POV, cause I don't know how else to write them. ALSO you can remember dreams that you had at like the beginning of the night, and it feels like they just happened. So y/n had the dream of Loki a few hours before she actually woke up.
She looks so stunning lying on lap. No one had ever asked me to read them to sleep, and it made my heart flutter. I was falling for a Midgardian, and I couldn't be happier. I lightly stroked her hair as she slept, and decided to take a peak in her dreams.
Your Dream(Y/n's Pov)
He lifted me into the air, and then practically threw me to the ground.
"Your never going to be good enough! Do you understand me?!" He hissed making me shrivel up. "You need to lose some weight if you want to do this dance y/n. I can barely lift you now."
Tears streamed down my face, and I just nodded. The dance studio morphed into the Library, and I was watching Loki leave.
Loki's POV:
I snapped out of her head after her dream about kissing me. It as so pure, it made my heart lurch. Sadly this moment was ruined by Tony walking in. He froze when he saw us, but longer did he look upset.
"Thor told me you fancy her." He whispered, "Don't hurt her. She's my kid, and she's been through a lot. She doesn't need to be hurt again, so whatever you do.... please don't hurt her."
I had never heard Tony Stark beg, and I never thought I would. I just nodded my head, but he waited for more.
"I promise."
With that, he left us alone again. My thoughts swirled around as I rubbed her hair. She does not know of my true heritage. What if she finds out, and never wants to be with me. What if one day she finds someone better. What if I hurt her... I can not risk it. I can never risk hurting such a beautiful women. She is too pure, to amazing for me. I would only destroy her.
As much as I didn't want to, I had to make her stop falling in love with me. I had to make sure I could not hurt her more than I will now, in these next few moments. She short up from my lap, and looked terrified.
What was I about to do?
After I left her alone in the library I heard her soft sobbs. I went straight to Stark, and he punched me in the face after I told him what I had done. He was going to grab his iron suit when Natasha stopped him. I went back to my room with my held down, and pulled up the library security footage. My heart burned at the sight I saw.
Y/n was balled up on the couch crying. Her head was in her hands, and she as rocking back and forth slightly. I did not realize how much she cared for me, but I still had to do it.
I had to break her.
