Chapter Eleven

I'm back at school now. Christmas holiday was wonderful, I am so grateful for everything I was given and it was nice to spend time with my family and Butterscotch. I had a talk with my mum about what I should do with my ex-friends, of course I left out the part about the spellbook. She told me that I have to forgive and make up with them. So that's what I'm going to today. I am going to talk to them this morning during breakfast. I've already given myself a pep talk in the mirror.

I am walking down to breakfast now. I am headed toward the Ravenclaw table when I spot Ashley and Chris. They spot me too and I smile and wave at them. Ashley and Chris glare at me, if looks could kill I would be dead on the spot. Well, they were still extremely mad. I decided to still give my apology a try.

"Hey guys," I say while sitting down beside Ashley. I go to grab a piece of toast but Ashley slaps my hand away.

"Are you blind? Your at the wrong table," Ashley spits.

I was taken aback by her rude remark.

"Excuse me?" I ask.

"You hard of hearing too? What do you want Bella?" Chris boldly states.

"I came overhear to apologize to you because I wanted to make up but nevermind," I get up and storm away from them. Once again my anger got the better of me.

I sit down at the Gryffindor table and finally got my piece of toast. I was engaged in a conversation with Lily and Charlotte when all of a sudden there was a loud pop.

"I'm back baby," a female voice says.

I turned my head to see a girl standing at the end of the table. She looked about 20 and had long blonde hair that faded into blue at the ends and black shabby clothes. I had never seen this girl before but it didn't look like she was here to learn charms.

"Delpini," Scorpius yells wand raised running toward the Gryffindor table.

"Lily get behind me," Albus says wand also raised.

"Relax Alby I'm not here for you, at least not this time," the girl I now knew was named Delpini laughed.

She began to walk up the table, kicking plates filled with food to the floor.

"Where is it?" Delpini sneers.

"What do you want Delpini?" Scorpius asks climbing onto the table.

"How did you even get in here?" Albus asks.

"How did you get out of Azkaban?" Scorpius asks again.

"Ugh stop with the questions. I'm here to pick something up and then I'll leave. As long as I get what I want, nobody will be harmed," Delpini says.

"Well if you want something that means it can't be good," Albus states.

Delpini's eyes scan the room until they fell on my bag. Holy cricket! She wanted my spellbook.

"And Bingo was his name oh," Delpini purres.

She jumps from the table, somehow grabbing my book in midair, and landing gracefully on the ground.

"Hey that's my book," I exclaim.

I try to grab my book back from her, to no avail.

"Your book eh," Delpini says.

Something about her expression sent shivers down my spine. Delpini opens the book and pushes it into my face.

"Can you read this?" She asks.

"N-no," I stammer.

"Your lying," Delpini purres.

I can see teachers start coming towards us and Albus and Scorpius close us in.

"You're coming with me love"

Delpini grabs onto my arm and the world blurs from view. The last thing I heard was Ashley and Chris calling out to me before disappearing.

Don don da, oooh suspense. I know this chapter is really short but I wanted it to be that way. I'm still moving and unpacking so I'm not sure when the next updates going to be. The only reason I was able to write this chapter was because I had some free time in my geography class. Happy reading! Word count 672.
