Killing Harry Potter turned out to be just as difficult as getting hold of the Philosophers Stone. And both of them ended up being impossible.
When Quirrell got Hagrid drunk and got him to reveal how to get passed the three-headed dog on the third floor, by giving him a dragon egg, Larissa knew that they would get the stone in no time at all, as Hagrid's dog was the one thing that had been holding them back.
But what she didn't bank on, was just how good Harry was at getting in the way.

Instead of returning to her on the back of Quirrell's head, Voldemort made his way towards her in spirit form, one night. He then entered her body, and combined the pair of them again.
After nearly a year without Voldemort inside of her, Larissa had not expected to have him forced inside her again, without warning. And she hated that they had taken a step back instead of moving forward.

"What in Merlin's name happened?" Questioned Larissa, once she had gotten over the initial shock of having the dark lord sharing her mind once more.
"I'll explain later. We need to get out of here before Dumbledore finds us" responded Voldemort.
"What about Quirrell, shouldn't we wait for him, since he's on our side now?" Asked Larissa.
"Quirrell's dead, so there's no need to wait for anyone. Now get going".

Larissa began making her way out of the Shrieking Shack and through Hogsmead, glad that her movements were covered by the dark of the night.
"Alright, I'm moving. Now tell me what went wrong" demanded Larissa.
"It was Potter of course" snapped Voldemort.
"You're saying that an 11 year old managed to beat you"
"The love magic around him, placed by his mother, is stronger than I thought, because Quirrell couldn't touch Potter, while I was a part of his body. Quirrell's body turned to ash when it came into contact with Harry, and sucked out the last of Quirrell's energy so that I could get to you".

"So, Lily's sacrifice stops you from even touching Harry?" Quizzed Larissa.
"It would appear so" answered Voldemort.
"But how did Harry know that you and Quirrell were going after the stone tonight?" Asked Larissa.
"He didn't, he thought Snape was the one going after the stone on my behalf" revealed Voldemort.
"Well, Snape would have been helping us, if you'd told him we were here"
"We couldn't take that risk. As for how the boy found out that someone was after the stone tonight, I don't know"
"That boy has a habit of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Maybe that was the part of the prophecy we didn't hear; the one with the power to be a pain in the backside to Voldemort and his followers, approaches"
"I agree, the boy is more meddlesome than we had first thought".

"Did you see the stone though? Do you think we can still get our hands on it?" Questioned Larissa.
"I did see the stone, it was in the boys hand. But I couldn't pick it up without a physical form. I had to get out of there, because I could sense Dumbledore getting closer. I don't know how Potter got the stone out of the mirror, I don't think even he knows, but I expect it was another trick of Dumbledore's" replied Voldemort.
"Mirror?" Frowned Larissa.
"Yes, the Philosophers Stone was somehow trapped inside the Mirror of Erised. That was the final obstacle that Dumbledore put in our way. But since I didn't know about it before hand, I couldn't work how to deal with such an obstacle. I don't expect we will be able to get our hands on the stone now, since Dumbledore has probably had it destroyed".

"Without the stone, you won't be able to get a body back" gasped Larissa.
"Don't you think I know that" grumbled Voldemort.
"What do we do now then?" Asked Larissa.
"We go back into hiding. We don't have any other choice"
"You can't be serious. You want us to go back to Albania"
"It's the only place where we will be safe"
"I'm not spending another 10 years in that shit hole"
"Hopefully we won't have to. Some of my loyal death eaters will hear about what happened here, and come and find me".

"That's your big plan? Hide and wait again. That didn't work last time, so I don't see why you think it will work this time" admitted Larissa.
"My followers will not abandon me. They will find us" insisted Voldemort.
"I hope you are right, otherwise I'm going to end up spending half of my life in that godforsaken forest"
"It could be worse, you could be in Azkaban, surrounded by Dementors, and without a wand"
"A cosy cell would actually be preferable to another night with you in my head, lying on a cold wet floor in Albania".

"Maybe for you. But I rely on you to keep me alive, especially now, as I'm even weaker than before. So, don't go doing anything stupid" warned Voldemort.
"Don't worry, I won't do anything to put you in danger" promised Larissa.
"Good... Now, walk faster, it's a long journey back to Albania" instructed Voldemort.
Larissa sighed, "Yes, my lord. Whatever you say".
