(Kuroo's POV)

I tried my best to contain the anger that raged inside of me, but still ended up giving that bastard a black eye. Haruko didn't even hold me back, knowing that this guy deserved every last bit of it.

The other officers were called to the scene. They handcuffed him and shoved him into the old cop car, slamming the door behind him. He glared at me as they drove away. I got into a car with Haruko, and drove with him up to the station. The drive was quiet due to both of us planning how we were going to kill that son of a bitch. I clenched my fists as we arrived at the station, seeing them drag the man through the front door. Oddly enough, he cooperated.

I followed Haruko and another detective into a small enclosed room, where the suspect sat at a table across from them. I glared at him, prepared to kill him at any second. I waited for them to question him. If they couldnt get any answers out of him, I bet I could find a way to make him talk.

"Have you seen this boy?" Haruko asked irritatedly, showing him the picture of Kenma holding a small kitten. He looked at it for a second then turned his head, seeming uninterested. Haruko slammed his fist down, shaking the whole room. "I suggest you answer. The only thing keeping him away from you, is me..." Haruko warned, pointing to me. He looked at me, then back at the photo.

"Yeah I've seen him alright," he mumbled, kicking his feet onto the table.

"When did you last see him?" Haruko questioned, a look of hope in his eyes.

The man grunted, "Today actually."

My eyes widened, I opened my mouth to say something but Haruko motioned for me to stay silent. I bit my cheek as I endured through the questions.

"Why were you carrying a backpack full of Kenma's items?" Haruko asked, raising an eyebrow. The man chuckled and looked down.

"To hide the evidence of course," he muttered jokingly. Haruko furrowed his brows.

"To hide evidence of what? Were you involved in his kidnapping?" Haruko asked. The man had a huge grin plastered on his sickening face.

"All I'll say is: damn, that kid feels goooooooooood~" he coaxed, smirking at me.

I snapped at that point. I flung myself forward, grabbing him by the collar, I pinned him against the wall, repeatedly punching his gut. He coughed up blood and laughed as I beat him senseless.

"Kuroo! Enough! You'll kill him!" Haruko hollered, pulling me off of him. It took both him and the detective to detatch me from him. I wanted to make that bastard suffer just like he did. I wanted him to pay for his crimes. So what if he dies?! I dont give a fuck if I get in trouble. I'll kill this guy if it's the last thing I do.

Two more officers came into the room, pulling me out. They led me down the hall into a small room by myself, letting me gather my thoughts. My blood boiled as I thought about that son of a bitch's face, smirking at me like he was proud of his actions.

"I swear if he did anything to Kenma, I'll.... I-" I sobbed, collapsing onto my knees. A wave of confusion and anxiety came over me. I felt like the world stopped spinning. I felt like my light had just gone out.

"What if I dont find him...?" I cried into my hands, overcome by defeaning thoughts in my head. I wiped my tears, gathering enough energy to stand up. I took a deep breath before almost jumping out of my skin. The door burst open, a panting man stood in the doorway.

It was Haruko.

"Kuroo! Kuroo, he confessed. Not only that, he told us the location-" Haruko blurted out of breath. My eyes widened as a tightness in my chest was replaced with a quickened heartbeat.

He tossed me a long black coat and motioned for me to follow. We raced out of the building into a car, watching as the station grew smaller and smaller.

"Don't worry, back up is also on their way," he said, turning on his sirens. The loud sirens blared a sound that I used to hate, but now felt relief from. The sound that told me, we were one step closer to getting my baby back home.

"I'm coming for you, Kitten-" I whispered to myself under my breath as I clenched handle on the door.
