Maddie, Devon, and Stacy are leaving with Zach for Ontario. Bee and Mitchell are going to Melbourne. We tracked down what remained of Ryan's group back in the town Brayden and Ryan grew up in. Dakota and Dashiell went with them. Dan and Addison found Delilah's older sister, who was willing to take in all the kids. Will is going back to the UK.
I don't know where I'm going.
I'm getting released from the hospital today.
I can walk again, slightly limping.
I ate pudding and watched 'SpongeBob'.
Will came in and sat on the end of my bed.
We silently watched tv for a while.
"These are yours." He handed me my journal and necklace. "We found the necklace in a vault back in America."
"Thanks."
Silence.
"You can come with me." He whispered.
"Hm?"
"My family is in the UK. You don't really have a family. You can come with me."
"Sure. Fuck it."
"I'll buy you a plane ticket."

They called names of people as their relatives arrived.
We all had to stay to the end of the reading before checking out.
"Delilah and friends."
"Zachary and friends."
"Bee and Mitchell."
"Jaylyn."
Will raised an eyebrow.
"Sir, Jay is coming to the UK with me."
"I apologize, but someone has claimed authority."
"I don't have any family." I said, brushing it off as a mistake.
"I'd take that up with him." The nurse pointed behind me, through the clear set of doors.
A figure stood, looking down, tapping his foot anxiously.
"Oh my gosh." I whispered. "Jordan?"
I ran through the double doors, I started crying.
I threw my arms around him.
"Jay!" Jordan exclaimed and kissed my forehead.
"We t-thought you were d-dead." I sobbed.
"I'm alive, Jay."
I heard a car door slam.
I looked behind Jordan.
Julio stood, wide-eyed.
I ran, limping slightly, towards him.
I jumped up, wrapping my legs around Julio's waist.
I kissed him and we stayed like that for a few seconds.
I sobbed again.
"I missed you so fucking much, princess." Julio smiled.
I explained to Jordan and Julio about Will and I's plans for the UK.
Jordan thanked him for taking care of me.
Julio reluctantly thanked him and hugged me.
We all came to the decision of moving to the UK together.
That's what happened when I went through a mirror.
