Valkyrae

It was about noon and I had just eaten lunch before disappearing into my room, hoping to escape the party that was going on downstairs. Good change nobody would even notice my absence though.

I was currently in a short red dress that stopped about midway down my thighs. The sleeves were short too and I groaned. Why did there have to be a party today? I was worried sick about Corpse and Sykunno. More royalty had disappeared and it was beginning to scare me.

I kicked off the red flats I was wearing and leaned against a wall as I got dizzy. I shook my head and regained my confidence. I was gonna sneak out of the castle right now.

Or not

There were bars on my window. I pulled on my shoes and placed my silver tiara on my head. The red flashed in the light as I decided to just go through the front door of the castle. Maybe nobody would notice. Right?

I opened my door and there was a white hallway. Damn it. Fine then, this works too. I stared at the door across from mine and managed to read Sykunnos name and kingdom. I glanced at my door and my name sat there with my kingdom name as well. Lunacaster kingdom.

I charged across the hallway, not that it was super wide, and threw open Sykunnos room. He sat there with wide eyes and Corpse sat next to him. Sykunno ran over to me and hugged me tightly.

"Oh Jesus, Valkyrae.I'm so glad you're not hurt," he said as if I had been the one to disappear. Which in a way I guess I had. Corpse made his way over and hugged me too.

"Me?! You both just vanished!" I practically screamed in anger. My hair fell down my shoulders as my ponytail fell out. Not that I was upset with it. At all.

"Yeah....I guess we did," Sykunno said with a soft laugh. Corpse didn't talk much so I wasn't surprised.

"Let's go introduce her to the others, we still need to figure everything else out," Corpse said finally and Sykunno nodded happily. I rolled my eyes and we walked out. A hologram appeared and I jumped back, ready for a fight.

"Welcome Valkyrae of Lunacaster to planet Polus. Meet the others, and get comfortable here," it said and all three of us took off running. I was glad I was wearing flats, or I wouldn't be able to.

Corpse quickly told me who everyone was and what colors they wore so that I was caught up quickly. We found Hafu alone as she inspected something. From behind her I couldn't tell what it was so I instinctively stepped closer.

She looked up and stared at me for a minute before turning her attention back to the pipe in the ground. It registered in my mind that it must be connected to something, but we needed to find out what.

"What is it?" I asked, Sykunno and Corpse flanked me as I knelt down next to the other girl here.

"A pipe of some sort. I can't tell what it's connected to though,"

"We obviously need a kid to do this right? I mean, there's a trapdoor here but nobody here is small enough to fit through," I say and she nodded. We both stood up and smiled slightly.

"Finally another girl. I've been stuck here with just boys. Let's go check in with my brother so we can figure out what to do next,"

The four of us walked off and eventually we saw five males. Ellum, Koji, Steven, Dakotaz, and 5up. We walked over and Hafu cleared her throat. Sykunno introduced me and Hafu got right to the point.

After explaining everything the pink man groaned.

"Good to know. I guess we just hope that something will help us. Steven, how are the cameras coming?"

"Meh. I think we need one more box though. I can make multiple cameras, except I'm missing pieces," he responded and 5up nodded.

"Dakotaz?"

"I've tried every possible thing with this one. Pretty sure there's another box somewhere,"

"That's great. Koji, Ellum see what you can find in the yard," he ordered. The other two followed orders and I wondered if they knew eachother previously. I had doubts. 5up turned to us and crossed his arms, "Can you three take on the cafeteria?" He asked. Corpse only nodded so we turned and left.

"You both just take orders now?"

"Hey! He's taken charge until we find out exactly how we're here and until we escape," Sykunno said and I let out a laugh. The green boy led us to the cafeteria and we started to look around outside of it.

I walked towards the back of the building and saw a fence attached to it, keeping us from leaving. I called to the boys so we could see if there was anything on either side of the building.
