Pri saw Avu was nervous. She was fiddling her fingers.
Pri: Hey chill. I won't say anything to you
Pri smiled at her and she returned ut nervously.
Pri: Make yourself comfortable. I won't harm you. Should I order something for you?
Avu: N..no I am good
Pri: (sarcastically) Yee yee I can see. Waiter
W came there.
Pri: 2 cold coffees and 2 cheese sandwich
W noted down the order.
W: Alright ma'am anything else?
Pri: No thanks
W: Ok ma'am
W left. Avu was scared.
Pri: Hey what happened?
Avu: Umm wo nothing
Pri: If you are scared about money. Don't worry that's on me. I will be paying. You don't need to worry
Avu: But...
Pri: (cuts her) No ifs and buts. Just calm yourself first. Take a deep breath
Avu did as she said.
Pri: Ya good. Breath in. Breath out
Avu did it.
Pri: Better?
Avu smiled a lil and nodded.
Pri: Good now. Let's start with introducing ourselves. So myself Priya Mehta
Pri forwarded her hand. Avu thought for a second then accepted.
Avu: Umm myself Avneet Kaur Nadra
Pri: Actually I am Siddharth's best friend, who came as guest to your home
Avu:(panicking) What? I didn't do anything to him. I swear. I don't know what happened to him all of a sudden. I have no idea. Please please I am even sorry but no I don't how this happened
She was shaking her head vigorously. Tears were rolling down her eyes. She stood up from her seat. Pri held her hand and squeezed.
Pri: Hey hey shh calm down
She was not stopping. Pri hugged her and rubbed her back.
Pri: Shh shh it's ok. Don't worry
Avu slowly calmed down. It was after ages someone has hugged her and made her calm down. Without thinking, she hugged her back.
Pri: You ok?
Avu nodded and broke the hug. Pri wiped off her tears and made her sit back. Pri sat on her seat and took Avu's hands in hers.
Pri: See I know you haven't done anything to him. Actually he is not well from long time so that is the reason of whatever happened. It's not your fault. Maybe he saw something at your home that led to this. Can you tell me what exactly happened?
Avu nodded. Pri kept her phone on recording.
Avu: Master and Mistress were talking to him sitting in hall. Mistress called me out to give juice. But as soon as I came in hall, I don't know what happened to him. He started sweating. His face turned pale. As I went forward, he started shivering and breathing heavily and suddenly felt down on floor screaming and holding his head in his hands. But I swear I neither did anything nor had even thought to do anything like this
Pri: Yee I know you didn't
She thought for a moment and then spoke.
Pri: Do you know Siddharth by any chance?
Avu shooked her head.
Pri: Think a lil. Maybe by any chance you saw him somewhere, talked to him
Avu: I don't know. But when I saw him I felt somewhere in heart I know him but I don't remember
Pri: Hmm. Can you tell about yourself everything you remember? Maybe we can figure out. Maybe you know Siddharth
Avu hesitated a bit in telling someone her whole past.
Pri: See I am not gonna misuse your information in anyway. It will be between us. You don't need to worry. Neither will I judge you nor a third person know about it. I swear. But maybe it helps me to solve Siddharth's problem. See I am nit forcing you but if you can, it will be a great help
