My eyes widened. I couldn't believe what she just said. She said it and left like it was not a big deal for her. Of course it was normal for her. Every week 2-3 children passed away because of malnutrition and maltreatment. And more did, what she lost. But I lost my whole world. I was living with just one hope that atleast he was alive. Even if we were not meeting much. I felt on my knees and cried violently. Some children who became friends of mine tried consoling me. But I stopped them. I needed my alone time.
I ran from there. I cried too badly. I saw the same my crush. He was looking at me with pity. I thought I only have him left in this world. I got some courage and went to him and hugged him. He was shocked but hugged me. I cried violently. He rubbed my back.

Avu was sobbing badly. Pri was possessing everything. She was imagining how small children were suffering. Not only them but every child there. She hugged Avu and let her cry her heart out.
Avu: He promised me that day maybe in his childishness but who knew that one promise will become my reason to live. I am still waiting for him. I everytime try to forgrt him but don't know why my heart says no he will come. Definitely if not today maybe tomorrow. Everyday I just live with this hope he will come. He will come back one day. I even don't know who he was, where he was, even not his name
