RUHI
It was raining outside now. I was sitting beside the window. My eyes were fixed at particularly nowhere as the rain droplets were dropping from the cloudy blue sky and the leaves were getting drenched with water. The trees were looking extra attractive today with their greens being highlighted with the rain. There was a muddy smell of soil in the atmosphere. The strong yet calm smell of nature hit my nostrils. The weather was so peaceful yet vibrant. With the heavy rainfall and cold breeze blowing now, it was very pleasant compared the scorching hot of summer.
Even in this beautiful atmosphere, all I could focus on my heart and mind, both of which were bringing back memories. The rain played an significant part of my life. It held the memories which were pretty special and at the same time quite piercing. The memories were beautiful to behold but at the same time, they should be forgotten because they had left nothing but scars in my life.
This rainy weather had witnessed my and Krrish's first meet. I had still remembered how we both saw each other for the first time and how we talked to each other for the first time. Under the rainfall, he appeared in my life like a soothing breeze which had stayed with me for a long time. But now he had gradually vanished in the thin air leaving me scattered and helpless. His body was here present with me but he had lost his old self in front of me. The memories of our first meet were precious and those could not be baught with countless prices.
Letting out a sigh of defeat, I got down from the window seat and slowly approached to my diary which was just kept on the dressing table in the corner of our room.I grabbed the diary and again moved to my previous place again. A strong fragrance directly hit my nostrils as I started to flip through the pages. I used to write dairy in my old days. But after Krrish left me for Ankita, I never ever dared to write anything in it. But still this blue covered dairy was with me as the reminder of the sweet memories of our childhood which was stored in it.
As I flipped through one by one page, the past memories started to come infront of my eyes. My eyes took in the curved words written by me as the past came rushing back in a blink of eye.

"Dadi (Grandma), it has been a month since we have come here but still you haven't allowed me to go to the playground. Thus neighbourhood has a huge playground. I want to go there and make some new friends." Ruhi exclaimed with sadness laced on her tone as she stared at her grandmother with a pout on her lips. Her grandmother who was busy in reading a magazine, peeked over the magazine and raised eyebrows at her granddaughter."I have admitted you to a school. You must have made new friends there. Isn't it?" She questioned.
"No,I have not made any friends yet.I have only one friend who is Riya but she's going to change the school as her dad has been transferred to other place.I am alone now. I have no friends." She said bowing her head down.
