Killer Parents

<Theo's POV>
"I...I..I just missed. I don't feel like the blame should be put on me. We were just playing swords. I didn't think anything could go wrong." A-a-ron said.

It was a cloudy night here in ole Louisiana when it happened. We were playing swords with kitchen knives, me and A-a-ron. He would slash one way and I would slash another. We were playing in my muddy backyard and my dog Jinx was out there with us. Then in a flash it happened.

A-a-ron slashed o my right and I heard a loud sharp help followed by a line of squeals. I snapped my head around to see Jinx lying on the ground blood gushing from a wound in his shoulder. Yelp after yelp caused tear after to tear to flood out of my eyes. I screamed at A-a-ron to go get help. He ran to go get my mom. I held Jinx close to my body and cried to him telling him over and over that he was going to be ok.

Then the squealing stopped. I turned my head down to look at Jinx and realized that he was dead. I first felt shock then utter sadness and then sheer and murderous anger. A-a-ron had just killed my best friend and now it was his turn to die.

He ran out of the house panting and trying to explain that he couldn't find my mom. I snapped my head upwards and stared dagger eyes right at him. He came close to me and got down on his knees. "You okay..Theo?" he said panting. "No. Jinx is dead and it's all yOUR FAULT!!" I took my sword and stood up quickly. That's when he started to plead.

"I..I..I just missed!" Slash. "I don't feel like the blame should be put on me." Slash. "We were just playing swords!" Slash. "I didn't think anything could go wrong." Slash slash slash slash slash.

He screamed in agony as I slashed with all my might silently muttering how he deserved it and how I hated him. Then he suddenly stopped struggling. I kept slashing until I felt necessary to stop.

A-a-ron was dead.
