He's Back

   One sleepless night later, and Annalise was ready to go home, the Doctor gave me her medication and so we were ready to go,

   I was anxious about leaving the hospital, what if something happened again? And what if this time, I was too late? The Doctor reassured me that it was only mild, and that everything would be fine. Niall and Harry did the same thing, but I wasn’t completely convinced,

   However, I cradled Annalise gently in my arms as I stepped out of the hospital to meet Louis who told me he was going to drive us home, and true to his word, he was there, waiting for us with a smile on his face,

   “Hey Bobbie,” His voice was sympathetic yet cheerful and honestly, I suddenly felt that he and Eleanor were truly lucky to have each other, Louis placed his arms around me in an awkward hug trying to avoid smothering Annalise, “Hey little bubba, are you alright?” He tickled Annalise’s tummy and she let out a joyful giggle,

   “I think she’s feeling a lot better,” I smiled down at my wriggling chubby baby, “In fact I know she is,”

   “And you?” Louis asked leading the two of us to his car,

   “Huh?” I looked up at him,

   “How are you feeling?”

   I nodded, “Fine, now that she’s better, I’m fine,”

   “Really?” Louis asked obviously nowhere near convinced,

   “Yeah,” I sighed, “But Louis you’re kind of indicating that I look rough…” Louis’ eyes wandered back and forth hesitantly, I laughed to lighten up the mood, “It’s alright Louis, I know I look a state so don’t worry,”

   Strapping Annalise into the car seat, I then climbed into the front of the car with Louis,

   “Look Bobbie, I’m sorry…” Louis started muttering on about how he didn’t mean that I looked bad, but honestly, I wasn’t looking for him to grovel,

   “Louis,” I sighed, Louis looked at me like I was about to bite his head off, “It’s fine,” Louis breathed of relief before starting the car and driving back home, “Oh Louis,”

   “Hmm,” Louis replied not taking his eyes off the road,

   “I’m really sorry about taking your car,” I spoke so quickly it was almost like a blur, but Louis seemed to understand as a grin swept across his features,

   “Don’t worry about it, I’m just glad you didn’t get arrested or crash,” Louis smirked, “For the car’s sake of course,” He winked at me before laughing as I slapped him playfully on the arm, Louis did a dramatic gasp, “Don’t put me off!” He exclaimed sarcastically, “I’m driving!”

   I burst into laughter and then checked on Annalise in the back, she was looking around with wide eyes like everything was new in the world, “Here we go,” Louis pulled up outside the back,
