Third

Off never like goodbyes but he didn't hate it either. It was reality.

He was too young before when he knew the reality of life. You can't stop the goodbyes. The parting of people. Because no matter what we'll do. We will end up saying goodbye. It was either you are the other one who will go first or you are the one who will watch them go.

He never felt sad about leaving a place. Because he never really find a reason to feel sad.

But the hospital that people hates the most. The hospital that people are scared to go to. Is the first ever place that made him the feeling of wanting to stay. Not wanting to leave.

He might be really weird. Because the people that dislikes is what Off likes.

But maybe because it is not the place but the person who he will leave there. The person he became comfortable with. The unexpected person who made him feel a lot of weird things. The person who made him feel that he's still a human who can feel something new other than pain and loneliness. The person who made him feel all of those unfamiliar feelings.

For that one week. Gun and Off would go outside. They would go to the park near the hospital, eat to the same café and they would play with the kids that was also confined there. And no one scolded them for always sneeking out of the hospital.

All of those things they did is something Off never thought he would enjoy. Sure he did go to parks before, sure he did play with kids before but he never enjoyed it. He always feel like wanting to go home and just lay on his bed. Deal with his thoughts alone.

He never even thought he would enjoy sneeking out or being productive like playing with kids.

And he will miss it. He was scared. That only means he will go back to the same old Off. Who's stuck on his bed. Doesn't have the strength to get up.

But looking back, he doesn't really have the strength to get up. Gun is dragging him out of his bed to do something.

"Are you ready to go home?" Tay asked him. Off nodded.

"I miss my bed" Off answered making his best friend frown. All of his friends are there but Gun is missing.

"Where is Gun?" He asked, looking at the nurse who's always looking for Gun inside his room. She smiled.

"He has an appointment" she replied. "But he asked me to give you this" she then give me a piece of paper.

'Visit me some time, Mr. Cool guy. I'll wait for your visit! Congratulations on being discharged!'
-Gun

Off realized something even though he's kind of happy he asked him to visit him from time to time. He doesn't really know a thing about Gun. Aside from his name, he know nothing about him.

"Can I ask you something, nurse Lynn?" Off asked the nurse who nodded.

"Why is Gun here?" Off asked. He noticed how the nurse's smile slowly fades away and she immediately replaced it with a fake one.

"I'm sorry but we really can't give an information like that to any of our patient. Especially Gun is our VIP patient. You didn't ask Gun?" She asked. Off just shook his head. Off noticed a glimpse of sadness in her eyes. But she shook it off and tried to hide it from him.
