They all entered the cargo bay and Noah darted to the cockpit, slamming his fist into the cargo hatch button, effectively closing the hatch. A sigh of relief escaped his lips, his body noticeably relaxed, proudly he yelled, "Crisis aborted, we should be fine now!" Noah walked back into the cargo bay and flopped down into a chair.
Davey faced Noah and exclaimed with vigour, "Great job out there son." Noah nods in appreciation before scanning the room,
"Who's the kid?" He asks utterly perplexed by the pink-haired girl addition.
The girl in question glares at Noah in disgust before folding her arms. The very small child has straight pastel pink hair, cut around chin length, and pink eyes. Her bangs are swept to the right, having two prominent strands of hair beside them. Her accessories consist of a red Japanese-style crossed hairclip, as well as two red ribbons tying two small ponytails on either side of her head- the rest of her hair left down. And did I mention she is a midget?
Nick then looks at Noah, "Hey! Do you realise how offensive that comment was, did you realise that dwarfism is a growing problem around the world?!"
Nick snickered, "dwarfism, a growing problem."
The girl's expression turns from disbelief to anger faster than Noah can be rejected. In response to the dwarf joke, she punches Nick's arm, "I'm not a midget!"
Nick rubs his arm, "I got told off today for making a joke about a midget.
It was over something small though." he says playfully before flinching at Natsuki's demon-like expression.
"Jeez, someone call an exorcist..." Before Natsuki could inflict major damage, a loud siren sounds out.
"SOLDIERS GET TACTICAL!" Davey demands, immediately they scurry off each grabbing weapons from dead marines in the cargo bay.
"H-How exactly do-I-I use this?!" Saika stutters, trembling at the weight of the gun,
"Alright, you see that ugly alien abortion thing? Well, when you see one of those you squeeze that tiny lever." Nolan says with a stern face eyes locked forward,
"And hey presto! You don't have to go to the gas station to buy milk any more because now it's dead." Nick says demonstrating with his gun.
Suddenly, the door collapses, shattered by the molten laser emitted by a focus rifle,
"FIRE!" Davey shouts, they did as they were told, shooting like professionals. Did I mention I'm a compulsive liar?
Let's be real for a sec here they definitely shot like storm troopers.
The elites and jackals drop like flies. The group walk out of the aircraft, but as they do, Saika gets shot in the shoulder. A brute chieftain spots them running, and he does the skip, the hop and the jump, twirl. Walloping the hammer into Nolan's shoulder blade, it roared before attempting to hit Nick in the chest with the blunt end, however, Nick quickly un sheaves his family Katana and sliced off his arm, blood spewing out the newly gained stump. Suddenly the chieftain was shot point-blank by Davey's shotgun. Letting out a blood-curdling scream, it went into a full-blown berserk mode before being put down with a few rounds to the head by Noah's pistol "I did it I fucking did it!" he shouted,
"Hey! That was my kill!" Nick shouted flipping the bird at him.
"I didn't see your name on it."
"Oh yeah? You must be blind as well as idiotic." Nick exclaimed before lifting the brute, revealing his name on it.
"Oh come on when did you have time to do that?!"
"I don't know it's just one of the many things I can do...like making alcohol appear out of nowhere..." Nick says with a shrug, throwing away a bottle of whiskey.
"Not the time kids, we got wounded." Davey scolded while rushing to Nolan, trying to apply first aid. While Natsuki falls to her knees in pain. Talia goes over to Nick,
"Your katana technique was horrendous." she chastised, crossing her arms.
"Please, you couldn't do better." She raises an eyebrow with a small mocking grin on her face before swiftly disarming Nick and stopping the blade just before it hit his neck.
"Okay...Remind me not to piss in your cornflakes..." She laughed before handing him it back and walking away.
Noah walks over to Saika, and Koneko announces, "I've finally contacted oni high command, we should be fine. Evac
will arrive in a few days...Also, from satellites in the area, it seems the covenant threat has fled the area for now, and I think you could all do with some rest." she finishes.
Noah helped Saika to his feet, sighing in exhaustion,
"Fine go ahead and announce an assembly for tomorrow morning, I've gotta speak to these kids about something important," Davey said looking tired himself,
"Ugh, don't tell me you're going to give us the bird and the bees talk, we already know how it's done," Nick says his eyes slowly closing in fatigue.
"No. Of course not. Just know it's something important. Now take this and get out of here eavesdropper." Davey says handing the boy some alcohol. Nick shrugged in response and walked towards Nolan who was slowly attempting to get to his feet before falling back over and blacking out.

Well, I'm sorry for not editing this as quick as I normally do, I can become very lazy sometimes, (despite also being a perfectionist...) not as many funny bits as I normally put in but whatever.
