He lifted his rifle and shot two burst fires over the half-wall. "This is Projection Zulu, responding. We're pinned down, we need med-evac. Heavy casualties, seven wounded. Shi-... zzzzzzz." "Med-evac enroute, clear a landing zone. Again we repeat. Bravo Oscar one-nineteen dash Alfa respond, over." "This is Lance Corporal Brickson! Blizzard is MIA assumed KIA, OVER!" At that point hope was lost, Projection Zulu listened to the plasma run by him like a dog chasing a ball. He stood up and hopped over the half-wall. A hole in his side searing with pain, he lifted a magnum and looked towards the invaders. Elites, hundreds... maybe even thousands. He looked down his magnum sights, and for a moment everything slowed down. A bullet left his magnum, slowly. Plasma... his arm, then his legs, then his other arm. Still he fired again, then again. One elite fell before Projection Zulu was gone. "Echo Five-Fifteen is down. All forces retreat, we lost Aurora Site." There was no retreat that day, the covenant killed all those who could have retreated. That was the end, and there never was a beginning.

The Klybosion Empire arrived in orbit they first attacked China no ones knows why they attacked them first. The United Nations created the United Nations of Earth under the command of General John Horton. June 2012 the Klybosion launch an assault on North America taking over much of New England including Washington DC and parts of California and Washington State. at the same time they attack Germany and other parts of the world. Prior to Washington DC falling to the invaders the President Gary Horton with approval of Congress makes General Horton the next president of the United States if anything should happen to him or to other members of the Chain of Command. The police start searching for Francis and Stanley who they think to be the starters of the heinous fire. The TPC were hired on the side of Eden, tasked with defending the research from the "rebels" seeking to destroy it, while the FRD were instructed to seek out any information about the Eden research project. What was kept from these PMC groups, is that they were both being pitted against each other by TEG for the purposes of an experiment. An experiment overflowing with the blood of soldiers and civilians alike. Stuck in the middle of it all are two "Peace Corps" operatives, Jason Wyatt and Bryce Leighton. What will it take for them to leave the city alive, if at all?
