the obnoxious clicking of the controls echoed around the room.

a small siren sounded in the blonde's headphones, alerting him of yet another failure.

"hey, kitten. this is a difficult level. can you maybe help out? oh... did i wake you up?

he purred out, turning his head to see the beauty lying across his bed. his eyes softened at the sight, making sure to talk quieter to not startle their tired state.

moving to stand he stumbles over to the bed and brings them to lay across his lap, holding their soft head in his hands and playing with the ends of their freshly brushed hair.

"look at me, baby."

lightly gripping their chin he moves them to face him, seeing their lips plumped just for him. tenderly he places a soft kiss upon them, pouring every piece of love he has for them into it while caressing their hair.

he chuckles seeing the expression on their face. their (e/c)-eyes staring into his.

"what? you want a shot at the game?"

he walks then over to his chair and sits down, placing them on his lap so his arms can wrap around them and hold the controller in her hands. they always play games with him, helping him out with the levels he has trouble with although they were never much better.

the boy brings scratched the top of his head causing stray hairs to stand on edge. snapping his finger suddenly he looks at the laying figure with an exciting small smile decorating his pretty face.

"why don't we change it up a little? i'll blindfold you,"

he reaches down the side of the bed and pulls up a top he wore the night before when it was cold.

"and i'll be your eyes."

gently he wraps the fabric around their eyes, pulling it down so their view is pure black.

he then guides them over to his chair and sits down, being sure to avoid the cups and clothes that littered his bedroom floor.

placing them into his lap he wraps his arms around them and holds the controller in their hands, enjoying the feeling of their hands being intertwined. they always play games with him, helping him out with the levels he has the most trouble with although they were never much better.

"you need to be patient, kitten. it'll take a while to load..."

after a short moment, the game flashes back up on the computer, beginning instantly as the controller guides the small character across the screen and makes them kill the small villain charging toward them.

"you're doing great... move to the left a little."

his hands remain around their waist, holding tightly. his chest pressed against their back while he breathes purposefully onto their neck. red flashes across the screen as yet another villain falls to their death. the usual jingle can be heard quietly through the headphones which lay to the side of the desk, the blonde not bothering to loud them onto either of their heads.

"great job, baby. wait! dodge dodge dodge! nice..."

he continues to edge her on, licking his lips as his eyes stay glued to the bright screen illuminating his golden eyes. he smiles softly at the thought of someone walking in. witnessing him holding his lover ever so softly while they play video games together late at night.

"go closer to the left. okay now, triangle triangle... good girl."

bringing his bottom lip between his teeth he chews it slightly, tasting the blood as it fell from his lip, watching as they bring the character to dance around the screen as the small victory sign plasters obnoxiously over the screen.

"wow... you did it!"

he laughs, bringing his head into the crook of their neck and nuzzling into it lovingly, laughing into the familiar feeling of their cold skin. soft kisses placed against their collarbone and shoulder, basking in the feeling of their presence.

bringing their face around to look at him once again he places another kiss on their lips, this time with more passion making sure to show them how loved they truly are.

a pale index finger curls underneath the fabric covering their eyes. he lifts it up to stare into the glazed over eyes, staring at the wall behind him.

"you're incredible."

another small kiss lands on their cold, pale lips.

gagging slightly the blonde scrunches his nose, turning away from the body,

"wow, kitten. i think it's time you have another bath?"

he sings out, standing up and bringing the body up with him, staggering it out of his bedroom and into the bathroom next door.

sitting it gently on the toilet floor he steps over it to turn on the tap, filling the empty bathtub with water.

"i'll be back in a second, kitten."

the door closes behind him. the body sitting upright on the cold tiled floor. its eyes remain wide. it's lips cold and chapped as it slowly decomposes. the lights remain on and shine down on the body.

"i'm back, kitten."
