I asked the discord group, if they'd read the story and let them read the prologue as I was unsure if you'd all like this. Please make sure you read the summary before you read the prologue.
"No..." Nightmare cried.
"Its okay cough.. I knew it would come to this," Dream replied weakly, marrow dripping from there mouth.
"This is my fault, if I didn't eat all the apples," Nightmare cried.
"That's the problem with positivity, we miss all the negativity," Dream said laughing weakly.
"Dream, hold on. I'll think of something!" Nightmare begged.
"I'm sorry I was useless, I love you brother," Dream replied softly.
"I love you Dream," Nightmare whispered.
Nightmare screamed as Dream dusted.

Dream was floating.
There was no pain..
No sorrow...
Just the overwhelming urge to sleep.
Brother may have eaten all the apples and he dies for it, but Dream loved his brother that he forgave him.
Now this just won't do....
