Hours passed. Hours filled with cries of pain and squeezing the absolute shit out of Hanges hand but it was all worth it in the end. Here she was. Your baby daughter was wailing as the doctors handed the newborn to you. You were less dramatic by this event. You were happy, yes, but Hange on the other hand, balling over their daughter. And when they finally held her, oh my god, they almost dropped her because of how hard they were shaking and sobbing over their baby.
You had to keep reminding Hange that they couldn't swing their baby around yet. They did take note of that but they were too busy living in their own world at the moment. Just you, them, and the new addition to your small family. Family and friends started piling in one at a time. Miche even came in with your favorite fast food.
"Hun, just let Levi hold he-"
"NO ! SHE'S MINE !" Hange hugged their daughter close while Levi gave off a "just give me the fucking kid" look. He eventually got to hold her, don't worry. You had to fight Hange to give your daughter to Levi but he was very gentle. His husband, Erwin even got to hold her. He was also emotional over her. She was so small in his large arms. Miche also held her, taking in her scent. She smelled of baby powder and some sort of soft baby lotion.
After visitation hours, you were left with your daughter and your significant other. "Hange? Can you take her ? I'm so close to passing out." You laughed quietly as your daughter squirmed in your arms. "Oh of course ! Get your rest ! You just shat out a child anyways so please do get your rest." Hange grabbed your daughter and sat down next to you.
While you were asleep, Hange sat next to your daughters crib and quietly rambled about how they're so excited to teach their daughter about everything they've ever known.
