When We Met: The asylum

Part 10

"What's so cool up there?" He asked laying with me and looking up with me. "Not here. But out there." I answered, with happiness and satisfaction radiating through my body. "Huh?" He asked. "I haven't been outside of this small town. I'm finally free." I said. "I feel like when Dobby got the sock and became the free elf he was meant to be." I explained. Colby chuckled a little scaring me again.

  "What's up with y'all listening and scaring me?" I laughed a little. I moved over and Colby got onto the bed on the other side of me. "Look it's a Nicky sandwich." Jake said as him and Colby pushed on Both sides of me. I laughed a little. "If any of you guys want this room you can have it." I said looking up to see all the guys. "Nah. You deserve it." Sam said and Corey opened his mouth and quickly shut it.

"We are going to continue filming tomorrow during the day then into the night." I nodded and we all went into the kitchen. "Want me to make some food?" I asked. "We we're gonna order postmates but sure." Jake said on his phone. "Post what now?" I asked in joking tone. "Postmates." Jake repeated. "We don't have that around here." I laughed a little.

"Then how do you eat?" Corey asked. "Cook? Or take out? Or McDonald's? Or the town diner?" I asked giving options. "How's the diner?" Sam asked. "We don't have any food in here." He explained opening the fridge. "The diner is good but if we want to be able to sit we have to leave like now." I answered looking down at my phone. They all nodded and we left.

"Welcome to the square diner. How many?" The hostess asked. "5" I answered "all of you are over 21?" She asked. "Yes." I answered as all the guys nodded. "Can we seat you at the bar?" The guys nodded but I said "no." She nodded and we walked to the back to a booth. "Thank you." I said and she nodded again. "Your server will be with you soon." She smiled at the guys and avoiding eye contact with me.

Jake sat closest to the wall then me then Corey on the other side of me. Sam and Colby sat across from us. "She's kind of rude." Corey said looking down at his menu. "Right? She was mean to our new bestie." Jake said wrapping his arm around my shoulder. "It's okay guys. It's because I said no to the bar." I said elbowing Corey and Jake making them laugh a little.

"What's wrong with the bar?" Colby asked. "You will get the answer to that question very soon." I said laughing. We ordered our food and while we were waiting we heard a bunch of screaming. "Now- now you outa give me that back!" Said a man drunkenly walking passed the bar and to the hostess. "Greg we've been over this already." She said calmly leading him back to sit. "Just wait." I whispered.  "Just pretend you aren't watching him." I said when Greg got up again.

They looked at me confused. "Do you want him to pick a fight with you?" I asked as Colby looked at him again. I lightly kicked him in the shin. "Listen don't look at him." I said and they all nodded. The guy kept yelling. And the bar was shut down.

We finished eating and went back to the hotel. "I'm super tired. So if y'all don't mind I'm going to go to bed." I stood up from the couch in living room with the biggest TV. "I'll come." Colby said smiling. "Don't be too loud!" Corey called while we walked away. We got into the room and I pulled out a t-shirt 4 sizes too big and a pair of spandex shorts.

  "I'll be right back." I said to colby who was sitting on the bed. I went into the bathroom connected to the bedroom and got dressed. When I walked out colby was on his stomach on his phone. I got into the bed, he put his phone down and switched to his side so he was looking at me. I laid the same way.

          "So sort cake. What are your dreams?"

   "I want to be a photographer, or a songwriter/singer." I answered smiling a little. "Kat," I cut him off, "Sam's Girlfriend?" I asked. "Yeah. She is a singer. I'm sure she can help you with that. And we are all social media influencers you can take our pictures." He said coming up with a plan for what I would do when we got to LA. I nodded.

  "How do you feel about going back to the Asylum?" He asked as he reached for a piece of my hair that was out of place and tucked it behind my ear. "The Asylum is really creepy, but I find it comforting. I know a lot of the history." I said smiling a little. "Now I have a question for you." I had a grin while speaking. "Shot." He laughed a little.

  "Now a guy like you who has millions of followers, can't risk being seen kissing someone in a parking lot. What does that mean for us?" I asked with a playful tone. "Well we've known each other for a couple of days and you have made one hell of an impact on us. You're one of a kind. But let's see what happens these next few days." He said with a smile. "Sounds good to me." I said yawning. "You can stay the night if you want." I said while he was getting ready to leave. "Okay. I'll be back in a little."
