Chapter Eleven

•••Brie's POV•••

I woke up on the sofa of the Curtis house. It was only 8:00 on a Sunday morning. Everyone was still asleep. I walked to the bathroom to see that my eyes were all puffy and red from all the crying I did last night.

*flash back*

I kissed Dally on the cheek one more time and watched him walk away. I was totally heart broken. Why would he do this to me?

I began to walk to Soda's with my bag of clothes in my hand. Once there, I went inside. It was only 10, so all of the gang was there, except Two Bit and Dally of course.

When I walked inside, all eyes were on me... Steve was the first to see my teary eyes.

"What happened Brie?" He asked coming over to comfort me.

"Dallas and I broke up." I cried.

"Oh...Um...What..Happened?" Soda lied. I knew all of them knew about Dal and Cherry. Plus, Soda was a terrible liar.

"Soda, you kinda suck at lying. I know all you guys know what happened." I sat down and put my face in my palms.

"I'm sorry Brie." Ponyboy rubbed my back.

"I knew we shouldn't have ever dated." I wiped my eyes.

"It's okay. You will find someone else, you're like the toughest, most beautiful, awesome greaser girl in town!" Johnny spoke up.

I giggled slightly, "Thanks Johnny." I kissed his forehead.

"Brie, you're welcome to stay here anytime." Darry said handing me two pillows and a blanket.

"Thanks so much Dar-bear." I gave him a little hug.

I ate a little snack then listened to the guys trying to make me laugh as cheer up. It didn't work; I still couldn't stop thinking about Dally.

All the guys left and we all went to sleep. I changed into a big t-shirt then instantly passed out on the couch.

* End of Flashback*

Anyways, no one was up yet so I just lied there in bed. Soon, I fell asleep once again.

I then opened my eyes about two hours later to see that all the guys were there...even Dally.

"Mornin Brie." Dally said.

"Hi." I replied.

Ugh this was so awkward...

"Here's some breakfast Brie." Soda gave me a plate of pancakes.

"Thanks Soda." i said as I began to eat.

"So what do y'all wanna do today?" Ponyboy asked.

"We could go play some football in the park later." Steve suggested.

"Sounds fun." Darry smiled.

"I'll just watch you guys." I softly said.

"You ain't gonna play? You always play!" Dally looked at me.

"No, I don't feel like playing. I'm kinda tired." I sighed. I didn't wanna play because I was too heartbroken to do anything.

"Before we go out, let's play some truth or dare!" Two bit laughed.

Everyone agreed so we all sat down and began to play.

"Dally, truth or dare?" Two asked

"Dare!" He answered.

"I dare you to kiss Brie!" Two bit exclaimed.

Why Why Why two bit? What did I ever do to you? He knows we broke up- oh wait never mind, he wasn't there when the whole gang found out. Dammit Two.

"Umm, Two bit...that's not really a good idea". Dally said.

"Cmon! Y'all are together aren't you?" Two looked at us.

"Yeah about that, we-" I was cut off by Dallas crashing his lips into mine. My first instinct was to kiss back because you know, he's Dallas Winston.

I kissed him back, then after a few seconds pushed him away because I finally came to my senses.

He looked at me confused. I couldn't take all eyes on me. I ran out of the house in tears. Ugh, I really gotta stop crying.

I ran until I got to the park and took a seat on the old swing set. I sat there slowly pushing my self with my head looking down at my feet.

It was about 10 minutes until I heard a familiar voice.

"Hey what happened back there?" It asks.

I look up to find the Dallas Winston standing in front of me.

"What do you want Dallas?" I looked back down at my feet.

"I want you." he lifted my chin up and leaned in to kiss me until I pushed him away.

"C'mon babe. I'm sorry." he apologized for the hundredth time now.

"I don't know if I can trust you anymore."

"You can. I promise you it will never happen again."

"Okay." I grinned slightly.

I saw Dally give me a big smile. he lifted me up and kissed me.
