Chapter 19

                         Yoongi's p.o.v

Me and Namjoon walked into Taeyoung's and Sehun's empty shared room and started looking around. We split up and looked at everything carefully and underneath everything.

"Did you find anything Namjoon?" I ask. "Yeah I found a small note but I don't think it'll help much with our investigation". I grabbed the note Namjoon found and looked at it.

'Avenue O- ' the rest of the address is cut off. 

"How many Avenue's are there that have a O in their name?" I ask. "Well around a 10 mile radius from where we are there's most likely about 86 streets that have a O in their name".

"This is going to take such a long time" I say in frustration. "I have a theory that our guy is probably in a one mile radius from us, because if he wasn't close how would Taeyoung and Sehun be able to go to him and still be able to appear in the pack everyday" Namjoon explains.

"That's true, so he is closer to us than we thought". "Yes and if that's the case then that drops the number of road names to only 15". "That's great, lets start looking at the different streets" I say.

Me and Namjoon left the old room and started our search with the street names to find any more clues.

-2 hours later-

After searching all 14 of the Avenue streets there was one more street to check and it was 10 minutes away from us. At this point me and Namjoon are exhausted but it's just one more road and then we can rest.

We past a grocery store and saw a guy drop some of his grocery's and went to help him. "Here you are" I say. The guy turns to look at me and looks stunned and drops his bottle of juice. "Um sir" I say, waving my hand in his face. He seemed to get out of his trance and quickly said thank you to me and Namjoon and hurried off. 

"Well that was weird" Namjoon said. "Yeah it was, anyways lets go, I'm tired of walking" I say. Me and Namjoon made it to the last street and checked it out. As we walked past it I could have sworn as we walked past one house there was a person on the second story window looking down at us but moved out of view fast when I looked up at it.

I don't know if I'm seeing things though, it's really hot today and me and Namjoon have been searching and walking for so long now, my mind must be playing tricks on me.

Me and Namjoon continued on searching for clues but to no avail.

We walked back to the pack house tiredly and when we were close to the gates we saw the gates were open and there was a single guard on sight. 

"Oh no" Namjoon stated.

We ran inside and saw many pack members scared, some confused and concerned. I ran up to ask a guard what happened while Namjoon tended to the pack members.

"What happened here!?" I asked. "Alpha!" the guard bowed. "Enough with that, what happened here?". " Yes alpha, 5 minutes ago a guy managed to break in to the pack grounds and kidnapped one of the children playing on the west side of the grounds, the child's mother screamed and alerted the guards. We came as quickly as we could but this guy was too fast and disappeared in a blink of a eye" the guard explained.

This made my blood boil.

"Was anybody hurt?" I ask trying to remain calm as best as I could. "No alpha". "Okay that's good". "I'm sorry alpha we failed to capture this guy" the guard said guiltily. "It's not your fault, you didn't know this was going to happen" I say. "I know but-". "Enough were not going to get anywhere if you keep talking". "Yes alpha I'll get to the bottom of this incident". I waved him off and went to go join Namjoon.
