ONE MONTH LATER...

y/n met millie's friends and they all quickly got close. she loved each of them equally. they were her family.

millie : she has a beautiful british accent and is the mom of the group.

sadie : vegan, all about saving animals. she is the bad bitch.

noah : crazy hoe. doesn't know how to control himself. everyone can get annoyed but they all love him,

jaeden : shy ish, can be a bit crazy too.

jack : him and noah are besties. both crazy and he also like to make sure everyone is safe.

she loved them so much. on the other hand. her and miles talked here and there. it was rare.

she woke up with a smile, she's seventeen. wow. after all the shit she went through, finding her mom lifeless on the floor, her dad raping her, all her trauma. she didn't think she would make it.

today, she was gonna introduce miles to the group. they were going to the park to celebrate her birthday. she was scared as shit, her and miles barely talked, and now? she was barely gonna tell her about the group.

right now, she was standing outside miles room. she was scared to knock. they broke up a month ago and they are friends. maybe.

she finally knocked. the soft echoes follows his room and she heard his footsteps coming towards her. that's it. she was gonna shit herself.

she felt a breeze as he opened the door, she saw his tall, skinny figure lean against the door way.

his arms were crossed and his legs were overlapped. his curls were messy and some were on his forehead, oh how much she wanted to raise her hand and move them away.

"hey" she said with a shaky breath before putting her hands behind her back.

"hi" he said looking at her. his jawline was shadowed with the lamp reflecting from the room. again, he was hot.

"i um- i have a friend group. and today we have plans to go to the park. i um.. was wondering if you wanted to.. come." she said before putting her hair behind her ear and looking down.

"ok" she said slightly shaking his head.

"um okay. they are coming in an hour. you can come in my room before they get here." she whispered the ending.

"ok, happy birthday too. see you later." he said with a smirk.

she smiled back and turned around and walked to her room. he was still looking at her when she closed the door.

he missed her, a lot. those feelings were not really as strong as they were before, but they were extremely strong. atleast they were getting along.

he had to get her a gift.
it was her birthday.
