3rd Person's POV:
A month has passed and everyone soon returned back to school, after their previous missions they sure were tired and it feels like one move will definitely steal their soul away so they were given a long break to recover.
Back at the school the students look extremely different than before, especially the "4S" students.
Light greeted his fellow classmates as he reached the school, he sure looked different as well.
Clair as well arrived and decided to tag along with her friends, when light saw her he was surprised on how big she changed during these past few weeks.
Light: Clair..... You look... Stunning
Light complimented, His family was known for being chivalrous or to simply put it, well mannered.
Clair: Why thank you light, and must I say you look even more handsome than ever.
Clair gave light a courtesy to show respect like he's some kind of Prince.
"Yo! What's going on here!" Clair heard someone spoke behind her back.
Clair: Felix, Jacob, you're here as well.
Felix: Well yeah! We don't want to miss the "first" day of school again.
He said in a humorous manner.
Jacob: What are you waiting for? Let's go!
Felix and jacob soon headed to their classroom leaving light and clair behind.
Clair was about to leave as well when she felt light's hand land on her shoulder.
Clair: Yes light?
She turned around.
Light: Enya..... Is he.....
Clair averted her gaze on which gave light the answer.
Light: I see, he'll be back someday right?
Clair: Yeah.... Someday.
-- At the Classroom --
Everyone was chattering about how their break went, they were also talking about how they improved their skills.
Felix: What did you do in your break jacob?
Jacob: I looked over my family for awhile, you know what happened last month ago.. I don't want to talk about it.
Felix: Okay then..
Felix got embarrassed for a minute there, he thought he somehow offended him but jacob seems to be okay, just wasn't comfortable.
Clair and light were the last ones who entered the room, just as they went to their seats the bell rang telling that it was time for their first class.
Light looked over to his side and saw clair looking down, she wasn't energetic the last time he saw her.
Light: Clair, are you alright?
There was no response light received.
Light felt uncomfortable, seeing clair all down and gloomy made him feel sad as well.
He wanted to do something for her but couldn't do anything.
The door opened once more revealing a new teacher, his clothes were formal and he doesn't look like he belong on the same realm as theirs.
"Good morning class, my name is "Professor Fox" and I will be your new teacher in your interrupted semester" he briefly introduced.
The students understood what their new teacher said and gave him a polite smile.
Professor Fox: But before we talk about our new topic for this whole week I just want to clear things first.
First things first, I know you're all aware that you're lacking one student in this class.
His name is "Enya Nightfall" am I correct, please correct me if I'm not for I still need time to memorize all of your names and faces.
The class nodded at him.
Professor Fox: Okay, now that we settled things straight, let us begin our lesson which we will take outside.
Everyone please change in your training uniforms and follow me to our gymnasium.
Once everyone changed uniforms, they all headed at the gym, thinking that there's gonna be another fighting session.
On their way there they saw professor fox who was also in his training outfit, waiting for them to arrive.
Professor Fox: very good, now it's time for our agility test, this test will let me know if you're up to the test when a mission occurs in dangerous mountains.
Professor Fox then created a large replica of a mountain.
Professor Fox: Now go, and make sure you reach the top!
The students rushed over at the mountain and climbed their way over to the top.
Clair was the very first one but still feeling the weight in her heart made her lose control on her grip and accidentally let go of the rock she was holding on.
Before she could hit the ground she was caught by light who was just below her.
Light: Clair! Are you okay?
Clair: Yeah, I'm alright, thanks....
She responded while gasping for air.
Light nodded and helped her to get back on track.
And as already predicted, clair was the first one that managed to reach the top followed by light, erinys, sky and the rest.
Erinys: Nice job clair.
Clair: Thanks.
Light smiled seeing her happy, but her smile was quickly replaced by a frown.
Professor Fox: Reaction Speed Test! This test will let me know how fast you dodge when it comes to whether close or long range combats.
One by one was tested and was told to stand in the middle where they will be targeted, using soft balls to see how fast they can avoid it.
Clair was the final one, she managed to Dodge all of it without a Sweat.
Light: Good job clair.
Clair: Uhhh thanks.
Light kept on supporting clair over and over for every test, maybe that will change her mood for now, he kept on cheering for her but it doesn't look like it's helping her.
So he decided to talk her about this.
He just wanted her to be happy.
