“Sh*t,” Percy muttered as he jogged back home. “I am in some deep sh*t.” He reached the sea blue front door opening it to his cool home.
“Percy? You’re back already? How is little Annie Bell?” his mom greeted him.
“Mom, Annabeth is not little anymore…” Percy sighed, ignoring his mom’s second question.
“You know, its been so quiet ever since you started dating Racheal…” Percy’s mom said knowingly.
“Mom, come on. You know Rachel is my… girlfriend.”
Percy’s mom sensed the hesitation in his voice, but decided not to question him. “Well okay honey, I trust you to make good decisions anyway. You’re worthy of any girl Percy, you know that right?” she stated, heading towards her room.
Percy stares after his mom in thought. ‘I need to listen to her more.’
Percy heads upstairs, now filled with a new perspective on the recent problem that showed up. He opens his door and immediately flopped on his bed. “Oh bed, you are the only one is this world that gives me peace.” Percy snuggles deeper into his bed. “Can you help me with my problem, my love?”
A moment of silence filled the room.
“If only you solve problems too… Besides sleep.” he finally replied. Percy sighed reaching for his phone, wondering what was up with his other friends.
‘Having online friends is completely normal for a person.’ he reminds himself. Percy gets on Instagram to see what his online pals are up to.
‘Nice, nice. Out having fun while the boring people stay in I see…’
‘Aww, thats so cute’
I wish I had that food.’
Wow, this is really stupid.’
“Wait… HOLY SH*T THAT is terrible!”
“PERCY JACKSON NO CUSSING!”
“Sorry mom!” Percy nervously said back. You know when someone’s serious when they use your first and last name.
‘That is seriously enough internet for today.’ Percy tosses his phone beside him.
“What was even my problem?” he asked himself out loud. All of a sudden, Percy’s mom popped her head in the room.
“Isn’t is girl problems?”
“Right… Right”
Percy turned to the other side of the bed, deciding to wind the problem instead.
‘But she told me she loved me...’ Percy though before he fell to sleep.

The object that is most hated in the world went off early in the morning.
“D*mn,” Annabeth groggily whispered knocking over the clock so it smashes against the floor. “Like h*ll im going to school today, i’m skipping”
Annabeth got up to find her phone, planning how to call in sick. Or maybe to call Thalia, she can always cover for her.
While the phone rings, Annabeth went into the full modern kitchen, reaching up to grab the Lucky Charms
“Hey Annabeth, let's do something different with the Lucky Charms today!” 7 year old Percy suggested.
“Why can’t we eat it normally? Like normal people?” she tiredly asked.
“Its not fun to be normal! Let’s take out all the marshmallow stuff, nobody eats the tan pieces anyway.”
“You’re crazy.” Annabeth sleepily gigged. Percy pulled the kitchen chair over to the cabinets, little tiny hands pulling the knobs to reach the delicious sugar treat. Annabeth held the sides of the chair without Percy asking, it’s pretty cool to tell what Percy needed without him telling her. Percy traveled back down the chair with the box. He smacked two bowls on the table, grabbed 2 milk cartons and 2 spoons, one blue and one pink.
“You ready to start sorting Miss Princess or are you too -finger quotes- tired?”
Annabeth glares and cracked her tiny knuckles.
“Your own Poodle Boy, first to get more marshmallows wins.”
The two kids stared at each other, waiting to see what move the other is going to make next. They both dived for the box spilling all the contents out. They started to race for the colorful pieces, Annabeth putting hers in the blue bowl while Percy puts his in the pink. Competitive laughees were found in the kitchen making the whole room brighten.
“Miss Princess, where the fudge are you?!” Annabeth heard Thalia screech over the phone.
“Skipping.” Annabeth simply answered, pouring all the pieces of Lucky Charms into the blue bowl.
“Dude, you’ll fall behind and get into trouble… on a Friday no less!”
“No dip Sherlock Holmes who lives on 221B Baker Street.” Annabeth digs for her traditional blue spoon in a pile of boring silverware.
“Stop making fandom references while i'm not physically there! Whatever smart*ss, we have a problem on our hands. It’s a nasty rumor about you and your jerk.”
Annabeth stopped pouring her milk in her bowl. “What’s wrong with Percy?” she quickly asked dropping the milk, spilling it on the counter. “And why is it my problem?” she quickly added.
“Ha, funny statement you naive Wise Girl. Percy’s in a little bit of trouble after he visited your house.”
Annabeth’s eyes widened, “How the h*ll do you know he was at my house?”
She heard Thalia snort over the phone.
“Who is the person that is dating Percy, Annabeth?”
Annabeth’s legs turned to jelly.
“The h*ell? How the fudge does Racheal know where I live?”
“Your neighbors idio-. OH MY GLOB STOP!” Thalia suddenly yelled.
Confused, Annabeth impatiently waited until she could hear Thalia again.
“Sorry Luke took my phone.”
“Why are you with Luke?”
Thalia chuckled, “Come to school and I’ll tell you. I also can’t see you glaring so you might as well save the energy.”
Annabeth glared harder as she mopped up the spilt milk.
“I’m.. Going to cry over this spilt milk, so i’ll see you Monday.”
Annabeth hung up, shoving the blue spoon in her mouth.
‘If only life was just as easy as eating a bowl of cereal.’
~Author’s Note~
Sorry I haven't updated lately! Ive been busy with school and little interactions with humans. I slipped some Sherlock references in there because I love the fandom. I'm a Wholock who is also trying to get into Supernatural so I can reach Supersaiyan mode. Thanks for reading!
