"Ang laki laki na niya! Wow!" compliment ni Tito Nakamoto sa'kin.

Hindi ko mapigilang mapangiti sa sinabi niya at pati na 'rin si Tita ay kanina pa nakatitig sa'kin. They probably can't believe that the girl before is now a woman, a twenty-one-year-old woman.

"Salamat po, Tito," I said, smiling gently in happiness.

Umupo ka'mi sa kitchen table para simulan ang family dinner. It's a family dinner but they invited us, the Nakamotos invited us Salvadors for some dinner because we've closer to them than ever.

Nandito kami sa isa sa mga pinaka-malalaking pamilya ng mga Nakamotos.

They're known for branching farms here sa probinsiya at pati na 'rin sa iba pang regions sa Pilipinas, and they're also known for their investments sa mga pinakamayayamang kumpanya sa America and even Japan.

But they keep their reputation as some family who just happens to be rich, 'yun lang 'daw 'yun but us, Salvadors, know more dahil close ka'mi sa kanila.

We've been partners in the farming business pati na 'rin sa pag-iinvest sa ibang kumpanya sa pamilya, thanks to Nakamotos so we really make sure that this relationship is better than ever.

"I can't believe that your daughter is bigger than ever, she really matured and she's so gorgeous!" tita said, laughing from the thought of me growing up.

I guess it's been years since the last time I've met them in person dahil naging busy sila sa America.

They came back five years ago, kung hindi ako nag-kakamali. They've seen my pictures from my parents, and the last time they've seen me in person was when I was still shorter and immature.

Pero, iba na ang lahat, of course.

"I know, proud na proud kami. Did you know that she's also a part-time model?" I sighed from dad's words.

Talagang kailangan pang ipag-sabi ni Dad ang trabaho ko? Puwede namang senior ako sa kolehiyo at malapit na 'kong grumaduate?

Bakit kailangan ba yung part-time model ko?

"Oh, really? I mean, with her looks siguradong magiging sikat siyang modelo. Her body is perfect too! She's too perfect, I am way too jealous, Francisco!" tita added.

Mas lalong lumawak ang ngiti ko and I can't even eat properly because of their compliments.

I used to not be confident because of my looks or whenever I pose or strike for a picture during photoshoots, pero I don't know, I don't know what came over me and I just happened to be better overnight. I mean, sinong maniniwala sa'kin?

"Di mo naman kailangang mag-selos,"

"Oh, how can I not? Ha... dapat sinubukan pa na'ming mag-karoon nang isa pang anak to get a girl, pero we became too busy." tita added.

They only had one children dahil sa sobrang busy nila sa business. They keep going back and forth from the Philippines to America, pati na 'rin sa iba pang mga lugar, trying to expand their business together with the main Nakamoto family.
