Chapter 26: Just Got Back

Sasuke and I were the only ones left in the room. After the door was shut, he smiled looking at me and I smiled back. He walked to me and gave me a long and passionate kiss.

"I love you."

"I love you too Sasuke."

"I'll see you in the morning."

"Okay.."

With that Sasuke left with one last kiss.

~~~Present~~~

Its been two months. Naruto is back home and better than ever. Yea he still has to get help but he isn't helpless. Crutches can be a hassle. The cast could even be a little itchy at times too.

Naruto was sitting on the couch shoving a pencil down his cast, due to his leg itching like crazy. He couldn't help it. "I can't wait to get this damn thing taken off." He said with a growl.

Deidara was sitting with him. He chuckled watching the blonde with his struggle. "Sorry sweetheart... but that cast has to stay on for a while, but I have good news." He said with a grin

"What news?" Naruto asked with a bit of curiosity

"Hehe.. well you go back to school Monday!" He smiled happily

Naruto groaned in irritation not wanting to start school again. "It's only 3 months til summer, why can't I just stay out?" He asked

"BECAUSE school is important and you need it.. you've already missed a lot. I'll be damned if you fail your last year." Deidara retorted.

Naruto pouted and threw the pencil at Deidaras head hitting him. The long haired blonde glared at Naruto and then walked over to him flicking his head "Haha.. that's what you get.." He teased him

Naruto stuck out his tongue and crossed his arms. He occasionally acted like a spoiled brat do to the fact he couldn't do anything he wanted to do. He had to sit down and/or lay down to rest up so he could heal faster. His bruises, the ones that had been over areas of his body and face, still showed. The purple black and blue faded so it wasn't as dark as it was when he got them.

"Geez.. you and Itachi act like my mom.." He mumbled to himself

Deidara knew about Naruto's situation and his parents. He knew almost everything there was to know about Naruto. He knew Naruto like he knew Itachi. Every feature, detail, even his height, weight, past, present, and possibly his thoughts.

Not saying that he could read minds, it was just Naruto was an open book. Maybe a blondes bond?

"You better be lucky I love you.. if I didn't I wouldn't have done this.." Deidara grinned and pushed Naruto's foot off the couch it had been propped up on and sat himself in that very spot. Naruto yelped and glared at the older blonde "You ass.." He says angrily

Deidara chuckled at the younger male. He really did love Naruto as if he was his little brother. That's why he teased him as often as he did. "I just got back... I don't want everyone to ask me what happened or where have I been... that's annoying.." Naruto pouted

Deidara shrugged not wanting to answer him so he turned on the television and watched whatever was on.

~~Time skipp~~ Monday Morning~~

It was 7 a.m. when the alarm sounded. Naruto and Sasuke had been sleeping peacefully in each other's arms. The blue eyed blonde was comfortable in his lovers hold. The raven groaned hearing the alarm and woke up slowly turning it off. He took a glance at his blonde and kissed his cheek.

The onyx eyed male gently pushed the blondes bangs out of his face and kissed his cheek. "Naru.. wake up.." He says softly gently shaking him.

Naruto hummed "for what?" He mumbled

Sasuke chuckled at him "We have school today.. come on love.. wake up.." He wasn't the one to be all lovey dovey but for his blonde, his lover, anything was possible.

Naruto groaned lightly, slowly waking up. As he opened his eyes, the first thing he saw were the deep onyx of the ravens eyes. He smiled at him and kissed his cheek. "Morning Sasuke.." He says softly

"Morning." Sasuke replied

"What time is it?" The blonde asked

"Time for you to get up and get dressed so that we can leave." Sasuke snickered sarcastically

Naruto giggled and sat up as he made his way out of the bed. He could walk without the crutches; it took up less time rather than with them. Naruto went to the bathroom and washed up: brushed his teeth, washed his face, and did his hair.

Sasuke watched him and picked out some clothes for the both of them. After he finished, he went to the bathroom and did the same as well. Naruto later put on his clothes Sasuke had chosen for him: torn jeans, with one pants leg torn off so that it wouldn't suffocate his leg even more than the cast already had, navy blue shirt, and his black high tops. Along with his accessories: pants chain, necklace with a little Uchiha symbol, and his small diamond earrings.

Once Sasuke finished, he came to the room and got dressed in the clothes he'd picked out for himself: skinny jeans, they would fit him perfectly, red t-shirt with a leather vest to go over it, and his red converse to go along with it. Also he put on his necklace with the Uzumaki symbol and his rubber bracelets with different sayings on them. 

When both were dressed, they came downstairs and ate a quick breakfast. It was around 7:45 now. School started at 8:15. They had more than enough time to get there.

"We're headed out! See ya later Itachi, Deidara!" Naruto smiled happily and left out the house

Sasuke showed his usual grin and followed behind him to the car with his hands in his pockets. Naruto made his way to the grayish black dodge avenger and hopped in the passenger side. Sasuke got in the driver's side and checked the mirrors and buckled up. After making sure he and Naruto were all set, he backed out the driveway and began driving to school.

Sasuke parked in the parking lot and took the keys out of the ignition. He got out then opened the door for Naruto. Scanning the area, Naruto began looking for his best friend but Kiba was nowhere to be found. He sighed softly

"Kiba and Shika are gonna be here right?" He asked a bit disappointed because he couldn't see them anywhere

Sasuke nodded "They should be at the table waiting for us right now.. let's go check it out." He reassured him giving him a peck on his soft pink lips.

As they walked in the school, they, well Naruto, got stares. Whispers were heard from rumors of what had happened and it made Naruto a bit uneasy. He sighed and clung to Sasuke for protection. Sasuke smirked and wrapped his arm around him as they walked. "You're fine.. no one knows what happened.." He whispered to him
