Chapter 2: Im Sorry

Naruto and the guys sat at the table by the window. Naruto sat in his usual seat between Sasuke and Kiba. It was an awkward moment and Sasuke wanted to know what was going on."Naruto.... Umm.... Can you tell us whats happening to you? I know that Neji and the others aren't cutting you... So you need to tell me where all of your bruises and cuts are coming from..."

Naruto stopped eating  and began to stare off into space... Naruto didn't want to tell the truth because he was afraid of his father. He was told that if he ever told he would get the beating of a life time. So he decided to lie again.. "The truth is that I try to commit suicide every once in a while... Neji and Sai beat me up all the time, that's where my bruises are coming from... Sometimes when I wake up in the mornings I go to the bathroom and cut myself everyday so that I could be prepared for whats ahead for my life. I mean whats the use in living when no one loves you... Whats the point in living when all I'm good for is being a punching bag."

Sasuke was shocked. Naruto really did feel that way but he didn't tell about his father abusing him. "You know you're wrong..."

Naruto head shot up..."What do you mean I'm wrong... No one on this earth loves me..."

"You're wrong...  You still have me, Kiba, and Shukamaru. You are our friend right.."

"...."

Kiba stood up"I know for one that I love you like a brother. You've always been there for me and I'm grateful. Whenever I needed advice about something you were there... And you should know that I love you for it.."

Shikamaru stood up"You now... I'm not gonna give you a big speech or nothing like that but you remember that time I was wasted and you helped me get out of trouble... Well if it weren't for you I'd probably be living in the streets right now... Dude... You are one of the best friends I've had and you need to know that I love you too.."

Naruto started to cry. Sasuke stood up and placed his hand on Naruto's shoulder. Naruto looked up at him and he saw a big grin on his best friends face."Naruto... You are MY one only and best friend, well besides these two knuckleheads... We've been through thick and thin together and you should know that I love you more than anything."

Naruto stood up and gave Sasuke a hug. He broke the hug and gave Kiba and Shika hugs as well. He looked at them with tears running down his face."I'm so sorry... I promise I wont do it anymore... Please forgive me.. And I love all of you too.."

When lunch was over, they all went to their last class, gym, with Guy. They didn't do anything in gym really. They just did some sparring and played a little basketball. Naruto on the other hand was not the gym sportsy type person so he just sat and watched. He cheered on his friends as they were winning the basketball match. It was a 3 on 3 game. Sasukes team won 25 to 15... After the match was over, the bell rung to let the students know that school was over. Naruto waited on the boys to get changed so they could walk together. When they changed Kiba was dropped off first. Then Shika, and then Sasuke. Naruto always walked home by himself. He didn't like it though. He walked up to his house and saw his dads car parked. He walked to his door and opened it. Naruto was afraid because his father was nowhere to be found."Mina-.." He corrected himself "Father... I'm home...!" Naruto walked in the house. As soon as he walked towards the kitchen he was met with a punch in the stomach. "Hello.. Naruto... How was school? Did you get beat up again?"

Naruto was laying on the floor holding his stomach. He looked up. This is what he went through everyday.

Naruto started to stand up and was met with a kick to the face."You worthless piece of shit.. Did Shizune patch up your scars on your face?"
