CHAPTER-7

AUTHOR'S POV:-

Avu - "You? What are doing here now ?" (with shocked and confused expression)

The person avoided her question and just entered inside the house as if it is his/her property. He then sat on the sofa scrolling through the channels to find something exciting to watch.

Avu groaned and said " Reem what are you doing here? You said you have to go out for 2 days with your family."

(Yes the person was Reem, how many of you thought that it was Siddharth comment down)

Reem - Avu why are u getting hyper? Ya I told u I will go, but my parents plan changed. We are going to Australia for 1 month as it's college's holiday and there is my cousin's wedding. So I have to go and we will leave tomorrow morning, so I thought to spend some time with u before leaving.

Avu - Okay but..... ( cut off by Reem)

Reem - No ifs and buts I know it's your holiday today and even if u tell me to get out of this house then also I would be staying here to spend some time with u before leaving.

Avu - Okay fine ( rolling her eyes at her stubbornness and then she smiled thinking such a sweet bestie she has got)

That day Avu and Reem spend talking (actually gossiping), eating, laughing, playing, trying weird makeup ideas, watching movies, painting each other nails, etc, etc............ After sometime they ate dinner and Reem left for her house.

NEXT DAY:-

As usual, Avu woke up did her morning chores, got ready after having breakfast and left for the restaurant.

She has taken now full time job. She reached there at 9:00 A.M and started working.

Now, it was 7:30 P.M , a man entered the restaurant, managing to get every customer's attention diverted to himself, and that too without even trying, especially girls were drooling over him. He went and sat on a table and called a waitress.

Avneet heard the call of the new customer and rushed towards him with a notepad in her hand. She saw the person and was shocked to see him but didn't react. The man placed the order without even looking at her and asked her to bring a glass of mineral water.

Avneet went to fetch water, while returning she tripped on a leg and lost her balance and SPLASH directly on man's face and his suit. Due to this man got angry and he shouted

Man - You, can't you work properly? You don't know how to work then what are u doing here?

Avu - Sorry Sir, it was just a mistake, please forgive me Sir please

Man - No. Where is your manager (shouting) manager, manager.

Hearing his name manager came there.

Manager - Sir u here, u could have informed me before coming here, I would have arranged the best for u. Sir, if there is any problem pls tell me. I will sort it out

(till now Avneet was crying a lot)

Man - You (pointing his index finger to the manager) I want u to fire her right now( to Avneet), she doesn't know how to word. Bloody hoe.

Manager - Yes sir (to Avu) Avneet u r fired.

Avu - Sir pls give me last chance. Pls sir, it was just a mistake. Pls sir (joining her hands) (tears uncontrollably falling down her cheeks)

Manager - I don't want to hear anything now. You are F.I.R.E.D fired and dare to show me your face again in my whole life, otherwise u have to pay very badly. Because of u our so important customer is angry we don't know how we are going to please him. Our restaurant reputation will go down. Now u have only 10 mins to take your belongings and leave.

Manager left saying all this to Avneet but not before apologizing to the man again.

The man also left the restaurant.

Avneet collected her stuffs in 10 mins, sobbing badly, thinking how she will eat now, what will she do for her survival cause Jai is leaving in London for 2 years so it won't be a problem for him but for her. But later she composed herself thinking that anyways she had to leave her job, but not with this humiliations she has got. NVM she will get a new job as her grades are good.

When Avneet was leaving all her co-workers were looking at her with pitiful eyes, but they can't say anything to the manager and she understands that.

When she was leaving, she saw the same man leaning against his car door, scrolling his phone. When he saw her he went towards her, keeping his phone in his pocket and smirked.

Avneet (in angry tone) - Why did u do that? U remember me right? This is all revenge right? For that stupid slap u r doing all these? I did the right thing. but u how dare u?

Man - Now, now, now babygirl lower down your voice cause u don't want more problems cause u are already in a big problem.

U r asking right is this all for a "stupid" (air quoting it) slap, then u r right cause u dared to slap "TEH SIDDHARTH NIGAM" and now u don't have any idea sweetheart that what all things I am going to do with you? Or what all things I have already done? Welcome to the living hell darling (smirking)

Avu - What do u mean ? (in low voice)

Sid - Wait let me tell u from beginning. So........................
