CHAPTER - 15

Abhi - Avu waise what are u doing here, that too as a maid? I know u were a brilliant student, so u must be working in a company at a high post.

Vaish - yeah I also want to know.

When they asked this to Avu, she was looking towards Sid, who was pleading with his eyes to not tell the truth. She also didn't want to ruin their (Abhinavi and Sid's) relationship but she didn't knew what to say. 

Avu - um wo I um........................................... (she was cut off by the doorbell)

On hearing the doorbell sidneet breathed a sigh of relief. 

The bell was rung was by Reem. When Sid saw Reem entering he furrowed his eyebrows and asked in his cold voice.

Sid - What r u doing at my house? 

To which Reem first scoffed and then answered.

Reem - Hello Mister! I don't have time to waste on u, so back-off and keep that tone for some other person. I came here cause Avni said she has surprise for me. 

Till now Reem has not yet noticed Abhinavi as she was giving deadly glares to Sid. 

They are die-heart enemies. If they get chance to murder someone They both will murder each other. Reem cause she hates Sid for torturing Avneet and whatever he has done to Avneet, she is disgusted by him. Whereas Sid hate Reem cause she back answers him, which is against his ego.

Now back to Reem,

Reem - (turning to Avneet) - Yes Avu what was the sur....... (her mouth wide open in shock) Abhi bhai and vaishu di. (running towards them and engulfing both of them together in a hug) I missed u guys. Wait a min. So, this was the surprise avneet was talking about (going back from hug and looking towards Avneet then Abhinavi) Leave all this. When did u both came? Why didn't u guys informed before that u are coming? How r u? Vaishu di any good news huh, huh (nudging Vaishu in her shoulder, wheras Vaishu was blushing like hell) Wait What r u doing in this jerk's and shittyface's house?( and she kept on asking sorry throwing her questions at them without letting them answer her)

Sidneet and Abhinavi were getting frustrated from her continuous blabbering so they all shouted together

All (except for Reem) - Shut up!

Automatically Reem shut her mouth but not before saying.

Reem - Geez people calm down. I know u all are jealous of my sweet voice and my capability to talk so fast than also in that speed my voice is melodious like an nightingale. So don't get jealous u all are my best-friends . Except u Jerk (pointing to Sid), u r not even my friend.

All rolled her eyes at Reem's statement and Sid scoffed too and saying from his expression 'Like i cosider u as my friend.'

Seeing the tension between Sidreem, Abhi decided to break it. 

Abhi - Ok! Now leave all this. Reem to your questions. We too missed u a lot. Yes this was the surprise Avneetay was talking about. We came just few hours before and we wanted to give surprise to u and Avneetay so didn't tell before. And that jerk (Sid looked at Abhi in disbelief and Reemneet were controling their laughter) I mean Sid is my lil brother.

Reem - ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! but how he is your brother u are so cute, loving, kind, caring, always smiling but he (pointing to Sid) he is totally opposite.

Vaish - Leave all this, we have loads to catchup. So let's sit.

They went and sat on the couch. Avneet was also going to sit but Abhi held her hand and made her sit on his lap like old times and started stroking his hair affectionately like a big brother.

Vaishreem smiled seeing this, remembering olden times. When Vaish was new to the group, she took Abhineet as in bf and gf and used to get jealous, but later she came to know they are bro-sis and Abhi cares for her much cause she is an orphan, and loves her like his own baby sister.

On the other hand Sid was not liking how Abhi was caring for Avu and making her sit on his lap and stroking her hair. He was thinking 'why dada made her sit on his lap and stroking her hair, if she wanted this she could have come to me. But why do I care. Leave all this Sid'.

They were chit-chatting casually but then once again Abhinavi asked Avu that what was she doing there that too as a maid cause she is highly qualified for a good profile job.

Avu became tensed at that and started thinkingwhat will she answer to them cause she knows if she lie to them they will catch her and she also didn't want them to know what Sid has done to her. Though she hated him a lot, but she loved Abhinavi more than that. And if Abhinavi will come to know about all the shit that is happening in her life cause of Sid, Abhinavi will break down and it will hurt them like bitch and she can't do this to them. So, she pleaded to Reem through her eyes to tell a lie.

Reem understood what Avneet was asking her to do, but Why? So she decided to ask later and gaveher a hard glare which meant that 'I am saving ur ass now but u owe me and u have to tell me why u r telling me to tell a lie'.

Reem -  Wo bhai, actually Avneet works as this (pointing to Sid) asshole's secretary. (on hearing this both Sidneet eyes open in wide shock) So she is living with him as Jai is also not here and it's easy for them to work. Cause late night meetings and all and it's get's too late which is not good for Avu's safety, so that's why she is staying here as his secretary. (Then Reem thought why not take advantage of this situation) But but but I have a complain (Abhi nods to this askong her What) Bhai your little brother makes Avneet do lot of work, even on Sundays, so please tell him to give her holiday for at least 2 weeks and he makes her stay in servant's quarter, in the outhouse.

By the end Reem was smirking at Sid, Sid was glaring at Reem, Abhinavi was also glaring at Sid for giving so much work to Avu and making to her stay in outhouse. Above all Avu's face was carrying a look 'What the hell' and she was thinking 'What was a peaceful life I have' (from Avu to Readers PLS NOTE THE SARCARSM DEAR, CAUSE MY LIFE IS NOWHERE NEAR PEACEFUL)
