CHAPTER - 23

NEXT MORNING:-

IN AVU'S ROOM:-

Avu woke up with thick layer of sweat on her forehead and she was breathing heavily. She started inhaling and exhaling to calm herself down, when her heart was beating at a normal pace. she went to her en-suite bathroom and completed her morning rituals. When she came out of the bathroom her phone beeped.

AVU'S POV:-

Again today I woke up due to the nightmare. Ahh! that incident has completely destroyed my life, all this because of one person MR. SIDDHARTH NIGAM, I so hate him. Ok! Avu concentrate inhale, exhale, good going common u can do it. 

Ok! let's go to washroom to get freshen up. When I came out of my bathroom my phone beeped. I checked it, I was confused as well as shocked that why is he messaging me??? And why he has called me to meet him??? I don't want to meet him and "talk" this must be one of his silly jokes. But why he wants to meet me?? I guess I have to go and let me see why he has called me. For now I am hungry and let's go for breakfast.

When I was going downstairs, I smelled a mouth watering smell of blueberry pancakes and bacon crisps. Following it I made my way to the kitchen and saw Vaishu di cooking her last set of blueberry pancakes. I saw what all she has made. She has made blueberry pancakes, bacon crisps, French toast, sunny side up with some orange juice and milk. All the food was already arranged on the dining table along with the cutlery. I decided to help di, with the remaining work.

AVU'S POV ENDS:-

Avu (smiling slightly) - Good morning Di!

Vaish - Good morning cutie! Did u sleep well sweetheart?

Avu - Um yeah I... I.. ya I slept well. By the way what r u doing?? Can I help?

Vaish - No sweetie everything is done, just go and call everyone for breakfast.

Avu - Ok!

With that Avu went and called Reem and Abhi, but she told Reem to call Sid. After some time all were in dining room, having breakfast, joking around, laughing, making small- talks. After breakfast Avu saw it was time to meet him. So she went to meet him in the backyard where he had called her.

After reaching their she saw no one, when she was about to turn back and go, she collided with a hard and warm chest, she thought she was going to fall, but she never made contact with the ground, as two strong, muscular and huge arms were circling her petite waist. She opened her eyes and her chocolate brown eyes met with hazel coloured eyes, she was getting lost in them, but soon realized their position, so she freed herself from his clutches and adjusted her dress after maintaining a good distance between them. She cleared her throat as Siddharth was still looking at her with drool coming out from his mouth. He was looking like a creep to her.

Hearing the clearing of her throat, he came out of his lala land.

Avu - Why did u called me here Mr. Nigam (crossing her arms against her chest) (Author - Yes Sid was the one who messaged her)

Sid - Um... Ahh.. Ms. Kaur.... No... I mean .... Avneet..... I

Avu -  Just spit it out (getting irritated)

Sid - Avneet I wanted to ask from u something.

Avu -And what it would be?

Sid - Your forgiveness. (Sid said bluntly)

Avu was taken a back from his response but composed herself.

Avu - And what for Mr. Nigam should I forgive you. (she spat when she said Mr. Nigam). As per whatever u said have said to me u never have done anything wrong, and why the great business man THE SIDDHARTH NIGAM asking for forgiveness, when according to u have done nothing wrong. ( she said with sarcasm lacing in her voice)
