I've always wondered what panic attacks are. I never really knew.
I mean I read stories about it on here but I've never really knew what it is. I was always so confused. Because people say it's different for everyone.
I looked it up awhile ago. But I seemed to have forgotten. I got the real definition a few days ago from a book.
I've learned that I'd been having them for years. Basically, it's just a moment where you panic. It IS different for some people.
My episodes are where my vision becomes fuzzy, and really bright. Everything kind of starts to blur out. I can't hear really well. My mouth gets very dry, and I need water or I else I might pass out.
The last time I had one was when my nose ring came out. It was terrible. I was pale for awhile. Luckily I got my nose ring back in.
Anyways, I learned of this and I've been having these for years. I just didn't notice. I thought it was a normal thing. I didn't know.
I'm a young girl after all.
