Vladimir
When will I meet you?
Vladimir,
a sycamore had grown over my bare feet,
just to wait in your favorite spot in town,
Where will we meet?
In my dreams, I have you.
All of me and all of you.
Time like little waves of crushing seconds,
thoughts to have and space to throw,
I let it grow.
All of the thoughts of you
created a battle ship with great forecastle
braving the sea to seek the love and settle.
Vladimir, when will I see your bright eyes?
Your marvelous smile?
Maybe in the afterlife.
I do believe in reincarnation,
I do believe in loving you
'til the next generation.
Vladimir, dear, your voice that made me tremble, when will it gravel my soul and desperation?
Not just that I hear in my earphone
but more than that,
sweeter than fiction.
I have all the kaleidoscope
and colors to look at you,
but I can't still find you.
Maybe I'm looking through the wrong windows that had been boarded for so long.
Maybe if I could just hold you,
see you personally,
these maybes and what-ifs can be yes it is,
It is, darling, it will be.
If just this glass that separates us will be broken
by life and choice and love.
If it is not forbidden to pray to have you more than what I see in the screen.
From reel to real to love.
We will have a never-ending greatest show...
Vladimir, how would that feel?
but I will never know
because I am but you're not real.
