The Big Bad Caper Part2 #11

Lovegold attacks and you spend most of the time trying to decide when to step in since none of the bad guys were interested in attacking you. Eventually, it's down to you to save Carmen from plunging into the vat of chocolate. After that, you decide you like her as more than friends but will she feel the same or deny it? 

A/N - I am uploading this second part today since I haven't uploaded properly for a while before today. If I do a third and final part, I will upload it as soon as it gets done but it depends if people want a third part. I'm also really tempted to do a cross over of this with Avengers where you're either Wanda Maximoff and/or Natasha Romanoff's daughter and maybe a crossover one with Glee. Let me know if you want this. 

When Dash realises, he had been fooled, he questions who Ivy is and tries to claim the real Lovegold is an imposter. The real Lovegold then takes off her white coat revealing some kind of martial arts uniform not to mention really big looking muscles. "Do you want to fight?" She says angrily. "Err, no, why, do you?" Ivy responds trying to keep her Russian façade up but failing. "The silly one does not interest me Hugo." Lovegold says to her bodyguard. "She's the pistachio I wish to crack." She continues motioning to Carmen and launches towards us. I say us since the bodyguard has a hold of us both.

Lovegold tries to punch Carmen in the face but of course she breaks us free from the bodyguard and she manages to duck and I jump out of the way causing her to punch her own bodyguard in the stomach. Carmen obviously manages to completely escape them and steps over stuff to get to a set of stairs high above the factory. I was about to follow her when Dash reveals the sharp blades on his hat to Ivy. "What do you think of my hat now?" He says mockingly. "On second thought, it looks really sharp on you." Ivy answers before running off. Dash tries to throw the hat at Ivy but with my skills, I am easily able to catch it without hurting myself. A whole bunch of bodyguards stormed to attack Ivy but then she took the pipe the chocolate was pumping through and fired it at them while trying to eat it. Of course, I had to stifle another laugh.

Meanwhile Lovegold continues to fight Carmen. As usual, Carmen manages to block her attacks. The two continue fighting on the stair way that runs above our heads as mentioned before while the bodyguards continue to chase Ivy. I had to decide who to save first. Lovegold kicks Carmen sending her backwards but she regains her balance. She then turns a valve and lots of steam comes out causing the blonde crazy woman to cover her eyes. That only lasted a few seconds and she jumped over the steam and tried to kick Carmen again. Carmen used one of her devices to get higher up the building. (I don't actually know what the device is called).

Ivy in the meantime begins throwing the gold encased in the chocolate at the bodyguards. "What now guys?" She asks from the other side of the stairway. I am unsure so I let Carmen decide. "Duck and run. Both of you." She spoke. I am in between them and the fighting but still do as she says as does Ivy. Carmen then side kicked one of the bodyguards that tried to attack Ivy and he fell into a vat of chocolate. "Eww, way to ruin chocolate for me." Ivy says with a disgusted look on her face. Carmen then jumps down to meet us both and smiles. Lovegold had other ideas though as she managed to kick Ivy sending her flying to the ground and Carmen hanging over the raining with the vat of chocolate underneath her.

"I am not interested in this one either." Lovegold says pointing at me. Why does this always happen? I've never mentioned this but villains never take any interest in fighting me which is kind of a relief but more annoying at the same time. "Enough frow line." She says giggling evilly at Carmen as she goes to press her foot against her hand. "Oh no you don't!" I yell and push Lovegold into the chocolate beneath and she screams on her way down and I laugh at her. Then, I help Carmen up from dangling off the railing. "Thank you y/n. You always step in when one of our lives are at risk." She says smiling at me causing me to blush. I smile in response and playfully roll my eyes trying to hide my blush but it's probably noticeable. "So, what now?" I ask. Suddenly, sirens were sounded and before Carmen could answer, we needed to leave the place and get back on the plane for our trip back home.

A few weeks later and things have gotten pretty weird between me and Carmen. For example, when I did my workout with her, I couldn't help myself staring at her abs and when she noticed, she just smirked at me. Later that day, I was binge watching a tv show and she sat down next to me or practically on me should I say and put her arm over my shoulder. Now, I could be imagining things but is it possible that she likes me? I know for certain I like her. Maybe I should talk to the others when Carmen isn't around.

My chance for talking to the others without Carmen comes when she gets sent on a nearby recon mission. I told them about all the strange things that have happened. "Oh yeah, she definitely likes you." Zack claims. "We don't know that for sure. Tell you what, we'll talk to Carmen and find out in such a way that doesn't give away that you like her too." Ivy suggests and I immediately take them up on their offer.

When Carmen got back, Zack and Ivy were already pulling Carmen out of the room probably to talk to her as Ivy said they would. I decided to go and eaves drop much to Shadow San's displeased expression. But this is what I heard when I put my ear to the door. "What's up guys?" Carmen asks them. "Okay, we want to ask you an important question." I could hear Zack was too excited and was trying not to blurt it out. But Ivy came right out and asked the question. "Do you like y/n?" Judging by the slow response, her eyes probably went wide with shock. "What makes you say that?" Was her response. I should have guessed I was reading into things. That's all I needed to hear to know she doesn't like me back. My shoulders sunk as I decided to head back to my room in the HQ. Oh well, not everyone gets a happy ending I guess. 

Ending this one here. Do I leave this as angst or do a third and final part where Zack and Ivy find out you eavesdropped and they realise you think Carmen doesn't like you back but she's in denial and spend part3 trying to get you both together?
