I look around, and a chill runs down my spine as I realize they're all looking at me. The crowd parts, and suddenly, I'm standing in front of Remus and Tonks. Fred stands behind them, looking unusually serious. "Hello, Venus." Remus's voice is warm and friendly, but I can sense the weariness behind it. I mean, duh, he did just die. I'd be tired too. I still don't know how he's alive, or who's bringing them back, because it sure isn't me. No way I have that much power. Only someone really powerful could do that, 'cause normal witches and wizards can't bring the dead back. I stare at Remus, not sure what to say. I mean, even if I told the truth, it's not like they'd believe me. I'm not sure if I even believe what's happened. Several minutes go by, and the tension increases. It's extremely awkward, but I have no idea what to say, and I'm definitely not going first. Finally, Remus holds his hand out. "I'm Remus," he says. I shake his hand, and Mcgonagal steps forward.
"Why don't you four go discuss matters in private," she says.
"That sounds like an excellent idea." Remus turns and strides out of the great hall. Tonks and Fred follow. Remus looks back towards me. "Care to follow?"
