I yank Potter to the top of the Owlery, which has already been repaired and is back in operation. "This is my favorite place," I confess. "I wanted to show it to you." He grins. "It's my favorite place too." We sit there for a while, just the two of us, and I've never felt more at peace. Finally, I feel ready to speak, but I'm not quite sure what to say. "Thanks. I mean, for what you did- I don't know what he would have done." I don't say my father, but I don't need to. He blushes. "Aw, it was no problem, really." Then he turns serious. "I can't believe Professor Trelawny did that. And with Malfoy? - I don't mean you," he adds hurriedly.
"I know; I feel bad for Venus. They really were something back there, weren't they? I've never seen them so angry, not even when I called them a girl- I didn't know back then; I'd never do that now."
"I know you wouldn't," Potter reassures me. "But if Trelawny was telling the truth, then she brought them not only from another world, but from the dead. That's impossible!" I see a flicker of hope in his eyes, and I know he's thinking about his parents.
"But that means she could resurrect Voldemort and we'd be right back where we started. We need to defeat her. Getting rid of one more person can't be that hard, can it?" I wonder aloud. "And maybe we could figure out how to get your parents back too." Harry rests his head on my shoulder." I would like that," he admits. "But I don't think that's going to happen."
   "You never know."
We sit in silence for a moment longer before he sighs and stands up. "Now it's time for me to show you my favorite place," he says, a smirk on his face."
