Dex finished with checking the warrior's work before sending them to Jared. Very minimum corrections. Sometimes, it was the fault of the client. The initial drawings were wrong or sometimes, there were some critical detail that they didn't put on the drawings. He took a final look on the drawings and then sent it to Jared. Sometimes, he was not taking his part of their batch because Jared had a separate requirement for him. The arrangement worked well with him. The warriors had additional work on $15/sheet and he charged Jared with the special work given to him.

He was checking on his e-mail and saw a new name from his inbox. From Marietta Schmidt. The who sya? Isip isip ni Dex and he opened the e-mail.

Ah! Yung sister ng Ninong A. Thanking him for buying the land. She will be going home for the final signing of the documents. German pala ang asawa nun? Kala naman nya taga US sabi ng Ninong. Somehow Dex was reassured na legit talaga yung bibilhin nyang lote. 3 days na ang nakalipas pero wala pang tawag ang Ninong. Siguro inaayos pa yung paglipat ng lote sa name nya. Dun lang kasi sya magpakawala ng 5M nya. Pinaghirapan naman nya yung pera nay un and he really thought he can use the lot in a very good business venture.

He replied to her and thanked her and told her that he will be waiting for the papers.

He open another file and there was his plan for the place. Excited talaga sya eh. He can always call Kuya Bry kasi marami syang killala na pwedeng bilhan ng mga container vans. Siguro he can start with four first para sa model units. Then he and Aira can experiment. May family production activities na naman sila. Eli and Aira can make paintings for each van. "Dada", Dex heard Lizzie who came into the room and then went to his office.

"nakakabigla ka naman", he said looking at the clock. "Ang aga nyo", he said as Lizzie hugged and kissed his hand.

"Let's go down Dada. We're having snacks and Ate Bona cooked turon", she told him.

"Ah okay ah. Wait mo na ako", he said.

"What's that Dada?", Lizzie asked, looking at the plan he had for the lot.

"Maganda ba?", Dex asked.

"It's nice. There's a pool there but no diving board?", she asked

"Ha? This is not an Olympic pool. What can you say here?", he asked here

"maybe there must be a little bridge then you can take a selfie there", she said

"Naks, alam mo na ang selfie ah, haha", Dex teased her.

"Yes Dada. My classmates will always say, hey, let's do selfie", she said with matching porma pa.

"Ah talaga? Buti hindi ka tinutukso kasi you don't have a celfone pa", he told her

"What will I do with a celfone Dada?", she asked him

"For selfie", he answered

"haha. I don't need selfie. I will look in the mirror and it will still be me, haha", Lizzie said.
