Aira opened her e-mail and she got excited from the file that she received from Yayo, the facilitator.

But Yayo wanted to have an initial talk with Kuya Bry and the men? Maybe I should call her first and she did.

"Hi Ms Yayo. Aira here", she told her

"Yes Aira. Have you seen the file that I sent you?", she asked her

"Yes, I'm reading it right now. Meeting with Kuya is necessary?", she asked

"Well, not really but I need initial inputs. Maybe I can just send a climate survey form instead?", she asked Aira

"What's that all about?", Aira asked

"Work climate survey helps an organization determine what employees feel and most importantly how they express their needs, so that I know where to start at least", she said

"That would be much better, if you can send thru e-mail? I'll ask my sister to let the men fill them up. Will it include my sister and Kuya Bry? They were the owners of the company", she asked

"Yes. They really have to be included because they were the head of the team", she said.

"Yes, it made sense. Ok, maybe just send me the form. Was that long?".

"Just one page. I would like to know how they engage inside the company", she said

"Ok. Just send it to me and I'll bring it to the shop tomorrow", she said.

"Ok. Sending it right now", Yayo said

Thank you", Aira said and ended the call.

She went to Dex's office.

"Babe, Noah doesn't have classes tomorrow and I needed to bring a one page survey for Kuya Bry's people. Is it okay for us to go there?', she asked Dex.

"Sige mahal. Pero no labing labing muna para maka work ako, okay lang?", he told her

"haha, of course. It will last me until next month, haha", she said teasingly.

"Grabe ka Mahal. Lakas mo mang-asar. Pero tomorrow pwede na uli, haha", Si Dex naman ang natawa sa expression ni Aira. "Joke lang. Kung saan ka okay. No hands, okay?", he said and hugged Aira.

"Thank you, and I'm just kidding. Also when you're ready, hihi", she giggled but pushed Dex when he was about to hug her again. " Go work your butt off buster, haha", Aira said and went out of his office. Naiiling na lang si Dex. Kulit talaga ng Mahal nya.

Aira was surprised when there was a knock from the door. She opened it and Lizzie was standing outside their door.

"Hi ate. Come here. Any problem?", she asked her.

"Can I sleep here just tonight Mommy? I can't sleep. Everytime I closed my eyes, I remember buzzing the gate and no one's here to answer us", she said.

"Oh, sorry about that Ate. Of course, come here", she said and hugged Lizzie. She's a kick-ass but still her baby in some ways.

"I will wake up in time for my shower Mommy, promise", she said.

"No problem. I will wake you up. You needed to sleep, yes?", Aira said as they sat on the bed.

"Can I say goodnight to Dada?", she asked Aira.

"Yeah, go there. I will prep for bed too", Aira said and watched as Lizzie went to Dex's office. She can hear Dex's surprise too but maybe it really bothered her. It's up to them to re-assure her.

Dex went out from the office with Lizzie.

"okay, lie down na maganda kong amasona", he said and both of them lay down in bed. When Aira came back from the bathroom, she was surprised to see Dex in bed too. Lizzie was on the center of the bed while Dex was telling her about the story of Jose Rizal.
