Aira talked to Bona regarding her role at the Points of View.

"So is it okay if I look for a reservation officer? But if you can think that you can do it instead, then I won't look for one anymore", Aira told her.

"Ano po ang gagawin nung reservation officer? Pag may gustong magpa schedule dito sa site po?", Bona asked

"Yes. And of course you have to show them the units and the amenities. You really need to deal with them professionally", she said

"opo Ate. Kaya ko pong i-explain sa kanila ito", she said confidently.

'Can you deal with some representatives of the company? Somehow, you try to talk in English with them?", she tried to push her more.

"haha, I heard that too from the last lady who inquired and I tried hard not to appear ignorant about it. I just tried to guess. What do you think does it mean?", she asked Bona

"Yung hindi po namimili kung lalaki o babae?", she asked

"You're very good. Di ba no? From gender and neutral, haha. The term caught me by surprise. Anyway, so the answer is?", she asked Bona again.

" Hala Ate, ano po ang tamang sagot?", Bona asked na nalilito.

"Well, I only answered that we still maintain that rooms are for both gender but we do not allow mix gender in any unit, unless they are a couple and there are units for couples', she told her how she answered the woman.

"Ah okay po Ate. Pero pag hindi naman sya English speaking I can talk in tagalog Ate di po ba?", Bona asked

"Of course. But you know, sometimes it's nice if they can hear that you know how to answer them professionally and smartly, di ba? But if you're not comfortable, the rule of thumb is if they ask in tagalog, you can answer in tagalog. But if they asked in English, try to speak in English din", Aira said although she didn't do that, hehe.

"Sige po Ate. Feeling ko Ate kaya ko talaga kasi I can explain ang mga units, plus history about the units. Mga ideas nina Eli and Lizzie po di ba?", she said and Aira smiled and nodded her head.

"You got a point there. Ok, you tried to work with me and I won't get a new one anymore. You will also be in charge of the inventory of materials there. We have the stock area there and we will give you additional salary for that", she said.

"At Ate, sobrang thankful po ako. Gusto mo Ate, may mga relatives ako na college drop outs po kasi hindi na kaya magbayad ng tuition fee. Marunong din po sila mag welcome ng mga guests", she said, excited to get more of her cousins in the site.
